Fyxe, I don't know if you're doing it on purpose or not, so, to clarify, you do know it's spelt "ridiculously," right? Becasue you spell it with an e every single time and I can't tell if you're trying to stress your pronunciation or just spelling it wrongly. Because it really grates me!

That little video was, quite frankly, awesome. ;-; I was a bit disappointed at how short Pit's little intro was, but it looks like the cutscenes are generally a little longer than I thought. Mmm, much Nintendo-based love. <3

That movie is completely awesome, but at the same time it's DK getting his bananas stolen by a hammer bro. It's completely ridiculous at the same time it's completely awesome. I don't know which one I was laughing for.

Whatever Nintendo is trying to do, I'm pretty sure they're doing it right.

Dedede actually made it in. That make three Kirby characters, opposed to one in Melee. That's quite an improvement for the Kirby series.

Well, I was always surprised that the game being done by HAL Laboratories didn't have more Kirby characters in it. Dedede's pretty darned awesome, so that makes me happy.

Now I wonder if K. Rool is going to round out the villain crowd?

Dude! King DeDeDe! :D I did not expect them to put so much emphasis on new Kirby characters, but I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. He'll fit in perfectly with the new plot.

I dunno, but who says there can't be 5 more newcomer or even why should it be a multiple of 4... The reason that it fits the character's page format doesn't seem like a valid one to me. Then again, we're already at 23 characters (never mind Sheik, if present at all).

Looks like King De³ can pull out enemies just like Peach's Turnips move. And this heavyweight has a remarkably high jump although it looks like it's going straight up like Luigi's jump punch in Melee.

I'd be very surprised to see Captain Falcon left out. Especially since his logo remains the F-Zero logo, and Goroh was revealed so soon on.

Why does everyone think 12 is the maximum for Newcomers and Veterans? Back where there were 8, it looked like that was the maximum.

I still think there's going to be a bunch of characters they don't announce that will be in the game.

They didn't announce some characters in Melee on the website until after the game was released, I believe.

Well, yes of course! I know that much, I'm no fool. However, I don't think they'll be showing us any more than 12 of each newcomres and veterans. That's 24 people...that's the entire Melee cast! I think they'll take a break at 24, and the rest will be for after launch or close to lanuch...

Maybe they could show us some music instead

Yeah, I think it would be pretty awesome if some characters were left as a surprise up to when the game is launched. Just remind me to stay far far away from the nutty game sites when it comes out.

Anyhow, DeDeDe FTW. But Splash, he's not exactly a 'new' Kirby character. He's been in the games since the first one, Kirby's Dreamland, even Metaknight didn't show up until Kirby's Adventure...

Splashy means new as in new to Smash.

I think Kirby's Adventure was only the second game in the series, anyway. Either way, Dedede = good. No Marth however = bad.
