Uh, I'ma have to undermine you in public. I'll explain in IM.OK guys, you've worn out my patience for meaningless profanity. If you're going to use "naughty" words, give them some sort of meaning. Joeb, please start reading the posts of your opponents before you argue. Dryth, I never thought I'd have to reprimand you (you're so well behaved, most of the time), but please don't call anyone a dipshit. Jor-El, don't post just for the sake of saying "screw this." Contro posts need to have meaning.
Next person who violates the rules gets kicked in the nuts. Carry on, but I'll be keeping an eye on this discussion.

Ah, but I am not the one claiming one should have to learn the native tongue of ones nation. I do not criticize the koreans I know who do not speak english, in Fact I take strides to learn Korean so I can speak with them better. Nor do I think people should be forced to learn English. Your position is that people should learn the native tongue, which is rather comical and sad, considering you do not speak your countries native tongue.I doubt you speak the origional language of your native country either.
But you are the foreigner, why don't you go back to Germany?Anyway the fact of the matter is the language of where I live is English so If people move here and dont like it they can piss off. Just as if I moved to India and didnt like speaking Indian I would leave.
Briton is a dialect of Gaelic, though there are differences, Britons, Welsh, Scots, Irish and Galacians are all considered Celts.Well I did know that there was a native Briton population before the Celts, so the Britons were simply assimilated by Celtic culture.

How, exactly? England, the US, Australia, and pretty much every other English-talkin' nation was founded through illegal immigration and cultural erosion.Loads of them are coming over so we have to stop them taking over our country.

Um, no, they haven't. Not even the least. Your as much a backwards foreigner as the Muslims. There is really no native language to begin with there where many languages spoke and all of these have evolved and merged into the English language.
But you have no problem continuing to do so to others. Untill you learn a type of Gaelic, you cant complain in the least.Yes we did with dire consequences and we where wrong to do so and dont wanting it happening to us

Actually, Italian is directly decended from Latin. And this is more like asking you to speak Chinese in China, which I think is a legitimate request, no?So what do you think happened then someone just decided one day to speak English. But no one where I live speaks Gaelic or has done for centuries thats like saying to an Italian to be Italian you must speak Latin. I dont impose our culture on anyone they impose it on themselves by coming here in the first place.
