I is on teh episode 9 via Adult Swim.

Because Bleach actually has a good English dub, despite Orihime's tendency to whine.

D000d Orihime whining isnt something that just happens in the dub...it is whatever language she is in

Cept I doubt it's as annoying in Japanese. Just a guess.

Sigh.

Sigh, sigh, sigh, sigh, sigh.

(I think I stole that from Fyxe.)

SS, when you assume things you make an ass out of u and me.

(I have fallen in love with that phrase.)

At least have the courtesy to watch before you judge, man!

In any case, I was kind of mad because Bleach moved up a half hour with no real warning. I knew beforehand thanks to cartoonnetwork.com, but I later went to adultswim.com to see a further in-depth schedule. And well...

http://www.adultswim...dule/index.html

7-hour Bleach marathon on December 30th! Woot! ^^ And it's during winter break, so I can stay up all night. Hahaha~

I assumed very little. My statement was purposely full of ambivalence purposely. I said it was a guess for pity's sake. It's simply going off of the rest of the dub vs. subs I've heard. The Japanese wins every time.

Has anyone seen the Bleach OVA (Sealed Sword Frenzy)? I just got the chance to see it tonight. The story seemed a bit "condensed" (seeing as they fit everything into one half-hour) and that there were Gotei 13 Captains coming out of nowhere. But besides all that, it wasn't too bad.

Heh, that was an awesome OAV. I just didn't quite get why Rukia was in Shinigami attire. And had a zanpakutou. My favorite part was wear you see Rukia and Renji taking out 3 or four hollows each, then the camera cuts to Ichigo and he finishes off about 10 in 30 seconds.

I suppose she has been training herself to get her powers back, or something along those lines. But you do bring up a good point. *sigh* You barely see Hollows in Bleach anymore.

Don't despair my friend. The Filler's almost over. (compared to when it began, anyway) Then we get some sweet Ichigo vs. Hollow action.

I know how I'm spending my December 30th night. Until my mom starts screaching at me at 2 a.m. to turn the volume down.

AS nice as a Marathon sounds, I'll stick with the non-dub Bleach.

Ah, it's the dubbed Bleach! I'll with the anime seeing as we're building to (what looks like) the finale of the Bount(o?) arc!

Wow, what happened to the discussion?!

Spoiler : click to show/hide
All that buildup and it seemed like going to Soul Society made the Bounto weaker, until I remembered that the Shinigami's power are down to a tenth (that's what is right?) of their normal level in the human world. Anyway with all the Bounto dean with the exception of Kariya and the the filler arc looking to be reaching its conclusion, was there any details from Tite Kubo or TV Tokyo about when the Arrancar arc will be animated? I ask this due to the news about Shippuden.

So what do you reckon Inoue's going to do if/when they reach her?

Nell (or Neru... which should I call her?) seems to have hidden depths - who'd have guessed?

Well Inoue reaffrimed her resolve to destroy the hogyoku so I don't there'll be any inner conflict. Other that her dealing with the feeling of being useless due to Ichigo rescuing her, which I can imagine happening. And Nell? Well...

I know I'm kinda late coming into this conversation, but I love Bleach, as a matter of fact it was my dear friend JRPomazon that introduced me to the show. I am currently still watching the Bount filler. It isn't too bad. I have also seen an episode that was dubbed on cartoon network. Some may know it as the "Bohahaha" episode (so annoying). I didn't think it was too bad dubbed but after hearing the japanese voices for so long I couldn't get used to it. I was also thinking about picking up the manga as well.

Anyway thanks JRP for introducing me to the show a while back :D

Welcome. ;)

Also, I believe that the dub has just finished introducing Ishida. So, the Seretei Siege Arc is about to start.

Hmm OK OK. And the Bleach marathon is going to have all new episodes, instead of 7 hours of repeats?

If so I'm happy for fans of the Bleach dub.

*stumbles in*

The problem with Ichigo fighting hollows again is that they are just gonna keep getting stronger to offer new challenges for him right? For the Hollows to continue to increase strength wya beyond that of the Vampires and the elite Shinigami of soul-society seems to be a bit ridiculous to me. Where are these god-like hollows going to come from? and why werent they there before? *hasnt read the manga past soul society arc*

On another note... Kakashi VS Ichigo.
kickass fight anybody?

Well..that is all that is out in America and the Soul Society Arc hasn't even finished yet >.> If it wasn't for the fact I know that the anime doesn't have to much more..I would think that whole arc was like Samurai Deeper Kyo's arcs...*NEVER ENDING*

as for Kakashi vs Ichigo..they are so different I dunno XD seems like an odd match. One is a Ninja and one is..a Soul Reaper.

I think that Kakashi could take Ichigo down. The Soul Reaper is too inexperienced and Kakashi has the years on him. Plus, there is the Shariggan to worry about.

Put Ban Midou up againist Kakashi and there you have a good fight. SNAKEBITE!

I think it would actually depend on how strong Ichigo's first attack was. If he turned on reiatsu full tap from the beginning I think kakashi would be blown away before he had a chance to do anything. On the other hand, if Ichigo could hold out long enough to turn on bankai I'm not completely sure kakashi could keep up with his speed. However, if it was like a normal Bleach fight, where ichigo goes kinda half heartedly at the beginning. Ichigo would be pwnd.
