No. You won't. If you want to see Eliwood again, go import Fire Emblem 6 from Japan.

Sety... do you have a link to the low quality art for Salef and Mirra? It may be low quality, but even so, it'd be nice to have a bit more to attach to the names.

Sure will do as soon as I can oh and Salef has just be confirmed as a mage.

Perhaps we're going to see Eliwood again in the next sequel? In his final words, Eliwood said he'd promised to see me again so maybe it's true?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Alright. Waht Eliwood mentioned was forshadowing to Fire Emblem Six... which has not been released in america. Our Fire Emblem is Fire Emblem Seven. Even then Eliwood's not a normal playabe character.

Very nice. And, though you're probably aware, IGN has high-quality pics Seth and the dancer.

Hm....thank you all for the information. Looks like the Japanese are the ones who get things first before the continents in the western world can. <_< We'll have to wait.

Only the Japanese release, unfortunately.

I forget... have they confirmed a US release yet? If so, what are you going to do, Sety, import or wait for an English version?

Well duh...I'm gonna kill the japanese version first before it comes out in english.

And I reckon you'd be waiting till at least late spring or summer next year for a english release if there is.

I was just wondering if anybody here modifies the FE sprites besides me. ^^

Any of you make custom sprites?

The prospect interests me, and I've considered it, but I really don't have time ;)

It'll be worth the wait. Things like dialogue and story ar very important to me... I couldn't stand playing a Japanese version. Even if I understood the general gist of everything, the exact words and dialogue used always helps distinguish the personality of characters, and the details of events... and I would miss out on that.

I would give quite a bit for a translated version of Seisen no Keifu.

I felt like saying the same thing. I wouldn't have enjoyed the Fire Emblem game that I finished if everything in it was Japanese.

Partially translated. Unless there's been a new version in the last six months.

If you... can you, like, PM me a link? ;)

Nah, a lot of item names and stuff aren't finished, and I know some fo the dialogue, isn't, and some of the stuff from the intro, and I've heard that the ending isn't. And a lot of the text that is transalted doesn't fit in the windows and whatnot.

I'll almost certainly get around to playing it anyways, but I'd prefer a more complete version.

Eh? You have been playing? I didn't know Japanese ROMs would work on English-version emulators. Better give it a shot.

First one is the Rogue class its a new promotion for theives previously known as Theif Fighters in other FE's.

Second one is a brand new class called the Summoner its a dark magic using class able to use staves as well with higher speed and skill than Druid but less magic. However you are able to summon generic 1HP Axe Soldiers to do your bidding.

On a side note notice the Big Shield skill activated....because the enemy unit could do 16 damage to me but did 0 damage.

Also, can you mark spoilers in your screens, Sety? Three of those characters look like far more then generic enemies, and in the very first one... Heh. It may be predictable, but I still dislike knowing beforehand ;)

Well its not like I've revealed the story or last boss or anything so I thought it'd be fine. I just thought I'd show some of the Holy Weapons in action.
Secondly...the three guys are the same guy and he actually appears in like the first few chapters .

That still leaves the Dragon screenshot ;)

But it doesn't matter much, since any idiot could predict that there would be dragons.

It was more of a future reference thing though, I didn't mind this time.

Kay and as for the Dragon things...

Well...the yellow one if your Dragon...Mryh...shes pretty much Fa ver 2.0.

The Black one is a Zombie Dragon...hes a boss you fight near the runup to the final chapters.
