Did a lot better on my bio heat than I thought. Also cleaned the downstairs carpet with a rug doctor which was a pain.

I am tired. Today needs to be over with and tomorrow needs to be here so I can teach my lesson already.

So who wants to look over my lesson plan? ;d

Got my college-wide essay back and scored 100%. I got my mid-term history essay and made a 95% on that.

Missing out on ballet today on account of not getting enough sleep for the past few nights. Really nervous about the NREMT retest this weekend.

Paid bills and picked up new ballet slippers. Going to get another vaccine today as per my job's request.

So far, uneventful. Woke up when B woke up for class, and I ran the dishwasher. Trying to motivate myself to clean, but I has no energy.

Finally confirmed today that I can catch my rent up very soon and my landlord and I have struck a deal that will also not hurt any references if and when I move out. New company wanted me as a supervisor but I need to get re-lisenced which will take 3 weeks or more plus a boatload of money, the President of the company told me on the phone today that he will hold the position until the end of May because I am the "best of the candidates he's seen". I. Am. Stoked. After three months of unemployment and disappointment after disappointment I think I finally turned the corner today.

Thanks to all who have supported me through this time, I'm feeling awesome.

That's pretty sweet Dude, I'm glad things are looking up for you.

I kind of got my foot in the door for a possible job taking care of old peoples today. The lady I spoke to on the phone said I'd need to go get a fingerprint background check thingy, and then I could come in for an orientation. I don't really know if that means I can have the job if I want it but it's the first "success" I've had since I started looking earlier this week.
I don't know if I want to go for it or not...she said they could only guarantee me 28-32 hours and I probably wouldn't get much more than minimum wage, so...I'm really not sure I could even cover all of my expenses with that. :s I tried to do the math on what my possible expenses for each month would be, and if I got paid $8.50 then I think I would either just barely not make enough or just be broke all the damn time.
She also said I should think twice about working for them if I didn't have my own car....I mean I *am* planning to get one but I don't know when that will be and I don't wanna just assume Ben will let me have his car whenever I want it. :s

Blehhhh. I don't know what to do. I have until Tuesday to decide if I wanna go to this orientation thing...I think I might start calling around to the big girl jobs I applied to tomorrow and see if any of those are gonna pan out or not, at least. But past that, idk.

Hm. My day so far. Woke up at midnight. Watched the boy play a game. Thenwhen he went to bed I browsed Netflix for a couple hours. Woke him up so we could go get the puppy her next set of shots. Stopped by Freddie's and got the girls, same ones as above lol, each an outfit and cute little kid undies! Why can't my undies have cute prints like that!? Little pet shop for the younger and hello Kitty for the older, BTW quis, since I sent you pics of the outfits lol. Got in a fight with the boy on the way to my parents... he gets in down moods sometimes where he feels he isn't good enough for me... I hate when he feels like that... so had to take him home cuz he didn't wanna be upset and have to spend the day with my parents and grandparents.... dropped cupcakes off with my dad at work to make sure I'd be able to get into their house lol. Since then... started laundry, vacuumed their house and scrubbed the front entryway with a rag because I couldn't find the mop. Right now lounging on the couch with.... 5 dogs? My parents blind girl hurt her good back leg so she's isolated in a cage and their Chihuahua is hiding cuz he hates me...oh quid Lulu is the same size as Kali now! She's such a chunk! Bored, so I'm rambling..sigh.

and then I could come in for an orientation.

Usually, if health staff want to take the time to orient you, it means you scored the job. Otherwise she would have told you some kind of excuse.

Congrats, though! I hope you come to a conclusion that will work best for you, Rova. *hugs*

I'm annoyed. I got to work, and they have me at the front desk for the whole FOUR hours I'm here. Apparently they don't realize/care that I'm only here a limited amount of hours, and have my own work to do too! I can't make the cards from up here, since there's only one printer, and I don't have the software I need. Apparently they don't realize that they keep throwing projects at me, expecting me to get them done ASAP, and not worry about the job they hired me for. Hell, my boss hasn't even covered the desk, yet has no problem with others signing me up and forgetting that I have a freakin' job too.

Good day yesterday. Cousin came to town to save the Priness Zelda with her friends for some weird convention, so I chilled with them. Had poutine (fries and gravy in my case) and frozen yogurt downtown, walked around and then went shopping. Bought a Fireburst Optimus Prime toy at Walmart (on sale, too! :D), and then spent about 3 hours at home working on chemistry and math.

Overall, a well-spent Saturday.

Did a TON of laundry the other day at my mom's. Yay for having a huge washer and dryer (seriously, you could fit a pregnant me inside them). I got some of it put away, and then ran out of hangers. Yeah, didn't really think that one through. MIL told me about a food bank, so I went there to hold us over until we get a chance to go shopping again, and the lady gave me a pair of shoes that somebody had lost. Apparently they've been there for awhile, and when she asked if I was having a girl, she told me to take the shoes, LOL.

Hubby went bowling, then we watched Grey's Anatomy on Netflix. Apparently he makes a really comfortable pillow, or I was more tired than I realized. I fell asleep laying on top of him, and slept for two episodes.

I should probably attempt to put away the clothes that don't need to be hung.

Had a practice physics quiz and real math test just now; definitely need to study more for the former. Feel good about the latter. Next up is to hand in my English assignment and chemistry culminating for the unit. Then when I get home, computers and physics projects.

I get Friday off school, though, so more time to catch up on homework.

Today I felt kinda meh.
I woke up feeling like crap. I walked to the school to go observe someone teaching their lesson plan. After that, I skipped my other classes & finished my book. The ending was disappointing.

Went back to my room, caught up on my show, and went to sleep.
My friend woke me up later and I've just been kinda meh.

Meh. I've got homework.
BUT MY BIRFFDAY IS IN LESS THAN A WEEK! Make sure you all get me bricks, kay? XD

I worked, my stepdad brought me some salsa he made (he makes REALLY good pico de gallo), had a doctors appointment, gave my neighbor a ride to drop off an application, and we tagged along with my MIL. Went to the store with the inlaws, my BIL fixed my stereo, had dinner with the inlaws and now home and exhausted.

In other news, I got a haircut and finally got the fundamentals of my Java program working. Now I just have to add sound and alternative answering options.

I work at a pharmacy and it went by smoothly for a change. Only had one person yelling at me this time, normally my whole shift I have people yelling at me (I'm what you may call a "hostility magnet"). The order came in late but got it put up within a couple hours. Now I'm home waiting for dinner to get done and about to watch Iron Man 2.

Today I learned that trying to blow your nose is quite possibly the worst thing you can do while having an ear infection.

Nope, not medicated. It's kind of going away on its own though, so idk if it's actually an ear infection. Pretty much the same thing happened last summer and when I went to the doctor for it he was like "well it looks irritated but NOPE NO INFECTION".

I tried to start drawing with the tablet again, but I think I'm using it wrong. I'm really slow with drawing on it and if I hold the pen for more than a few minutes it hurts.

Most ear infections go away on their own. Most. I remember I woke up at 2 in the morning with this terrible pain in my ear. Absolute agony to the point of feeling sick to my stomach. Didn't want to wake anyone to take me to the doctor, so waited until daylight (oh god ow ow ow). Had to take a shit ton of ibuprofen to take the edge off. Got into the quick care clinic. Doctor takes a look. Even his ear inspector thing hurt. He recoils.

"Um, have you shoved anything into your ear recently?"
"....No. Why?"
"Your entire ear canal is as red as a stop sign -- and it's bleeding. You're like one step away from going deaf."
"Oh. .....fix it fix it fix it fix it."

And then I got to take more ibuprofen and lots of antibiotics and pass out for a little while. Ear infections are fun. ;d

Used to get them all the time, but haven't been bothered by any sinus/ear infections since I found out about my gluten thing. Maybe my immune system just got a lot better after I stopped bombarding it with things it hated.

Yeah, it already feels a lot better than it did on Saturday, so I'm not too worried. I'm just kind of a paranoid person so until it goes away completely I'll always have this nagging thought of "What if..."

But even if I do end up needing to go to the doctor for it, the lady I saw at Planned Parenthood gave me info for a family doctor in the same town that has income-based prices, so yeah. :B

So guys. Guys. GUYS.

Should I choose to do a semester of student teaching in a school district that I went to, or take a summer of student teaching in freaking EUROPE. ENGLAND, GUYS. WITH TRAVELING OVER THE WEEKENDS. TO PARIS. AND ITALY. AND SPAIN. AND GERMANY. AND IRELAND. AND FREAKING PARIS. AND YEAH.
But the Europe trip is $6,000+. But that's pretty cheap for everything included for 8 weeks.
Plus, I might not be able to student teach in the "urban" setting (the one in the school district I graduated from) because I went there. And I don't think you can student teach in a school you went to. I dunno. But I could stay close to home and save money. And teach in the area I'm gonna stay around. And go straight into my actual student teaching semester afterwards.

BUT EUROPE GUYS. I FREAKING LOVE THAT CONTINENT.
