Whee, medical jargon (not that I understand half of it anyways).

Today was an okay day. Went to work, uneventful day. At least I got season 2 of Pushing Daisies! Our city had the city-wide tsunami drill, so I had to listen to the annoying siren. Came home and relaxed before my doctors appointment. The midwife put the gel stuff on my stomach, set the doppler on me to listen, and then Sylvia moved. Midwife goes "I guess thee's really no point in me doing the doppler if I can see her moving!." LOL. Also got some bad news about a friend's mom, but that's the only crappy thing today.

Got a job interview tomorrow, hopefully 4th times the charm, but if not...

just gotta keep applying.

I woke up five minutes before my final this morning. I somehow managed to sleep through all four of my alarms.
I put some shoes and a bra on and went to class in my PJ's. XD
Took the test, and now I'm done with finals!

I'm impatiently waiting for my step-dad to come pick me up now. I am ready to GET OUTTA HERE.

Today I did homework. My final is on the 14th and then I'm almost done until June.. such a short break .

Woke up not feeling great, I blame the Mexican food Costco samples yesterday. As I was getting the girls to leave to go to grandma's (she watches them while we work), I got more baby shower gifts. Work was pretty uneventful, but nesting instincts took over and I cleaned out/organized my desk and my little cubby up at the circulation desk. I have no idea why I was keeping notes from staff meetings 4 years ago, LOL.

Tried to call Walmart.com as soon as I got home, but got fed up after 5 minutes of being on hold. After I put the girls to bed, I tried calling again, but apparently they were closed. Guess I'll have to try again on Monday, since I don't think anybody is there on Sundays.

Oh yeah, I also managed to burn myself on a stove burner today. Why does anybody even let me in the kitchen anymore?

Work, sleep, dinner with an old friend! went out with a friend and her daughter to meet one of our old friend's bf and roomie. Afterwards walked around town, took the kid on the carousel, took the kid on the bumper cars, and got ice cream! Then home to get ready for work! Oh and I forgot to tell quis that she should be getting something from walmart next week from me! I asked a coworker the most useful thing she got at her baby shower.... Lol

Tried to call Walmart.com as soon as I got home, but got fed up after 5 minutes of being on hold. After I put the girls to bed, I tried calling again, but apparently they were closed. Guess I'll have to try again on Monday, since I don't think anybody is there on Sundays.

I think they open on Sundays, albeit late, but that's in Canada. Not sure if same applies in the States.


Went to a friend's sleepover (that's when I was on Tinychat Friday night). Got 2 hours of sleep, went to Chinese school Saturday morning, and spent most of yesterday working on chemistry, English and computer assignments.

Chem and law tests are preventing me from seeing The Avengers today.

*Hugs* It's been like that here too, with the people dying. Somebody I went to high school with was found dead outside her home last week, and this week somebody murdered his ex-wife and another man in her house. The scary thing is, I've come in contact with the supposed murderer. O.o

Hahaha, B dropped me off at work, and then I had some time, so walked to Safeway to get food for me. I walk in, and he's like "Jamie!" Ran into him and his cousin, then on my way back to work, ran into my grandma. Silly small towns.

Never cared for the water park (since its totally different admission price). If it's not raining and very hot, we'll just do the water rides inside the park. Stupid Kroger got LAST YEAR'S tickets in! Had to go online and spend a few extra $'s .. but all's well.

Unless they've changed it since I worked there, the water park was free with admission. Still would heavily advise against going there though. People are fuckin' nasty in there. Well, they're nasty all over the park, but the water park especially.

Had an easy day at work. Came home feeling refreshed, as a matter of fact. The bed that my landlord gave me is doing wonders for my sleep, I haven't slept this well in a long long time. So I decided to pull an "all-dayer" as at were (nightshift humor), phoned some people that I haven't talked to in awhile. Nice to catch up.

I had In-n-Out today. My grades are looking awesome. Things are finally coming together, and it feels great.

Work was slow, since it was such a nice day today. After work, I walked over to a friend's house where we all played Apples to Apples. We played a FOUR hour game (with a break in the middle so the dogs could go outside for a potty break). Apparently two little Pug-type dogs can jump over over a baby gate. And Frokie's little dog managed to knock it down when we put it up the other way, LOL.

Getting ready to leave to see Avengers Watched Iron Man 1 and 2, Thor, Capt America, didn't get a chance to watch Hulk. It's interesting when you watch them in semi order: In Iron Man there was the introduction of SHIELD and the ending (secret ending) you were introduced to Nick Fury, Iron Man 2 you saw Black Widow, Capt America's shield, and the ending introduced to the Thor movie, Thor you saw Hawkeye, Loki and at then ending we were introduced to an "ultimate power source" and in Capt America we saw Howard Stark, and the introduction of the "ultimate power source" and at the ending we saw the first preview of the Avenger movie. At the ending of Thor we knew there was an Avenger movie because it said: Thor will return in the Avengers.

Was there some inkling of the Avengers in the Hulk movie? Since I have seen it I don't know.

I have yet to watch the non-Iron Man movies.

Just finished my chemistry test on solutions earlier; think I did really well. Now to study for law, and hopefully there won't be any new assignments or projects due next to stop me from seeing Avengers.
