I never got that warning, does that mean I might have a better chance of getting it before Christmas?Currys, PC World and Dixons have said they will deal with outstanding pre-orders in "strict chronological order".
In a statement from the retail group, it said: "When we reached the point in the pre-ordering process when demand exceeded anticipated supply, we made it clear to any customers choosing to join the list after that date there were no guarantees that we would be able to fulfil their orders prior to Christmas."

Dear Customer,
Thank you for pre-ordering your Nintendo Wii with us. As communicated at time of your pre-order and due to the unprecedented demand for the
console, along with a European shortage in stock, we are currently unable to deliver your order.
We are working closely with Nintendo to ensure we will fulfil your pre-order before Christmas
We are working on a first come, first serve basis and we will contact you again, once your Wii pre-order is available for dispatch.
Regards
PC World

Meaning I think you're in the gap between launch and Christmas. There'll be some people who preordered closer to the cut-off point who definately won't get a Wii in time for Chrimbo. The right part?

And it's a Woolworths. I remember when it was just PS2 games with one shelf for everything else. Now the PS2 still has more (two shelves), but everything has at least half a shelf. It's an encouraging sign - the sizes of the shelves. Usually Ninty gets screwed over in shelf space here and perhaps this is a sign of some popularity at long last.
So I might get one before Christmas?Meaning I think you're in the gap between launch and Christmas. There'll be some people who preordered closer to the cut-off point who definately won't get a Wii in time for Chrimbo.

Cube Twilight Princess arrived this morning!! I can't believe it came a full two days before release, I only preordered it last week!
And there's Zelda cards in a sealed Triforce-emblazoned envelope!
