[SL the Pyro]

Z's Spike Chain erupted out of his robe and ensnared Ken, then tossed him back to the land. The chain then began battering Gabe.

The dragon caught Ken and, while dodging Z's spike ball, flew over the ship. It then set the wolf down and transformed back into Gabriel. She then landed quietly beside him

Z wasn't the least bit pleased; now he couldn't battle Ken and Gabriel without wrecking the ship, although they were in the same situation. Then a light bulb went off in his head. "You know, I wouldn't fight on this ship if I were you. It's heading to a place that might do quite a bit of damage to the Laz organization..."

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"........you mean there's explosives on board? Could yo at least try to be a little original?"

[SL the Pyro]

Z burst out into laughter. "No! We've go something much better planned... though you'll have to ask Button about it. He didn't tell me much of the specifics."

[Gabe Puratekuta]

".......this doesn't have anything to do with that scroll, did it...??" Gabriel was getting a bit annoyed. "'Cause I'm getting tired of all this beating around the bush we've been doing."

[SL the Pyro]

Z chuckled. "Sorry, but this has nothing to do with the scrolls. Not that I'd tell you if it did... hell, even I don't know much about what Button's planning... look; we may have our differences, but we still seek a common goal, the downfall of Laz. So if you wouldn't mind, do you think we could enjoy a little peace time?" he asked.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"...............fine. But after this, you might not see me again." Gabriel said as she relaxed her muscles

[SL the Pyro]

"Fine by me..." Z said, content. He turned to Hali, who had Steel on the ground and was walking towards him. They walked into the ship together. "If I never see Gabriel again after this, it'll be too soon... an excellent fighter, but a major pain in my backside." he thought.

Gabriel then helped Steel to his feet. "Now that that's over with, you can answer my question."

[Steel Samurai]

(Since when was Steel on the ground? Blast you people and your different time zones.)

Steel dusted himself off. "Oh well. I suppose we'll just have to leave then." He pushed a jolly-boat into the sea, smooth as ice at the moment, hopped in, and motioned for the others to join him. With quick, strong strokes he rowed to the mainland. Once he reached it, he smiled. He had not been called the best pickpocket in Laz for nothing. Securely in his robes were both the recipe scroll, the translation scroll, and the scroll for which Hali had killed the woman. Steel got out of the jolly-boat and began making his way back into the mountains.

Button came up from below and looked at Z and the disappearing port.

"Everything in order?" asked Button. If you were Z you could smell the rum on Button's breath. He didn't quit reek of it but the smell was there.

ooc: i think we should start planning the Battles before we fight them guys.. it seems to be just a big "no my charater is better" contest. we should at least discuss our different intentions for the story...

Perseus ws floating.
His wings, spread out, were keeping him bouyant. he gazed up at the bright sun groggily.

I am going to die soon.

Perseus suddenly felt a calmness and peace about his fate.

I wonder why i was chosen to die this early in my life? Surely... surely i had a purpose?

he floated on... the calm waves heaving up and down around him.

"Yes. We are ready." Z said to Button.

Hali tapped on his shoulder and whispered to him, "Z, we've got a problem. I don't have the scrolls on me; that samurai must've took them..."

Z felt like he was going to explode upon hearing that, but then a yellow glow came from under his cloak, catching his attention. He took the source of the glow out; a keychain with seven different-coloured crystals on them. The colours were red, green, blue, yellow, brown, black, and white. The yellow one was glowing; Z smiled. "I don't think we need to worry about that..." he whispered back. He then remembered Button. "Oh, I haven't introduced you. Button, this is Hali, on of the elemental sorcerers I told you about. She'll be joining us."

"Pleasure to meet you." Hali said, taking a slight bow. While the two were getting aqcuainted, Z clutched slipped off one of his Crush Claws and held the yellow crystal in his hand, going into a trance.

"Sora... I'm glad you're nearby, because I have a job for you..."

As Z telepathically gave his orders to the person on the other end, he heard a crazed laugh from him. Z smiled sadistically.

(I'm pretty sure this is where my role in this RP ends. We'll probably be starting the next chapter VERY soon, if I had to guess, right Avenger?)

[Ken the Wandering Soul]

Ken pawed along behind Steel. He did not understand what they had accomplished, yet Steel seemed to have done something. What exactly was it?

Ken eventually stopped dwelling on it and set his mind back to reaching the mountains in the same time it took to come from them. He kept an eye on Gabriel, ready to carry her again if she slowed down.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

Gabriel followed, contemplating on Steel's evasiveness.
".............why can't you tell me what I want to know?" she asked him

[Steel Samurai]

Steel turned. "Know? What is it you ask?"

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"How come you didn't kill me when we first fought?"

[Steel Samurai]

"Kill you? When did we fight? I'm sorry, but I have killed and spared a great many people, I tend to forget them after a time."

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"It was during the War. You defeated me, but didn't end my life."

[Steel Samurai]

Steel thought for a moment, then shook his head. "I am sorry. The war is but one raging torrent of blood in my mind. However, if I had beaten you soundly I would have had no reason to kill you. Although death and killing are my life, there is no reason to shed blood simply for the sake of shedding blood. Come. We must return to the Sensei as quickly as possible." With that, Steel broke into a quick jog, heading back up into the mountains.

Gabriel thought about what he said. The events of the War then started playing in her head

*Several hours later*
Steel mounted the crest of the hill overlooking the valley in which the Sensei's retreat lay. Strange. He felt . . . enormous waves of heat caressing him . . . and there seemed to be Alliance Soldiers coming up the hill towards him. He sniffed the air. Acrid smoke filled his nostrils as he realized just what was going on. "Those sons of a . . ." He thought, but then they were upon him . . .

Gabrel had already with her things and secretly tucked a note into Steel's pocket for Motoko.
Goodbye, my friends..... she thought as she walked out of the foothills and to the north

[Chukchi Husky]

(I'm sorry I haven't posted for a while, and if this isn't any good. I'll get rid of it if it is.)

While Husky was exploring the surrounding wilderness, she came to a forest that she never been to before, so she went inside. After a while of travelling in the forest, which seemed to last forever, she became lost. Then she got caught in a trap.

She couldn't get herself out with her arms, so she had to use her front paws. It took her a long time, as she had to learn how to use her front paws like hands, but she eventually got out of the trap. While she was in the trap, she was being watched.

A young, beautiful female foxtaur with a long bushy tail, at least Husky thought she was female, came to Husky after she got out of the trap. "I haven't seen another taur before," the foxtaur told Husky, "I didn't think there were any others." The foxtaur looked around Husky's body, "I see you're only female at the moment," she commented. Husky was unsure what the foxtaur meant by that.

"You still have a lot to learn about being a taur, but I can help you," the foxtaur told Husky. "First, you'll need to rest. Follow me to my den." The foxtaur then jumped off. Husky had a hard time following her, but she soon caught up and entered the den.

In the den, the foxtaur let Husky lie on the bed. "Ever since I was young I wanted a sister," the foxtaur said, "You're probably the closest I'll ever have to one." It looked like she was about to cry. "I'll help you get out of the forest, and help you being a taur. You can come find me whenever you want. For now, try to sleep." The foxtaur then kissed Husky, which seemed to make Husky fall asleep, like it did something.

When Husky woke up, she was out of the forest, but felt strange. She looked at her body, and found it changed again. The foxtaur was by her. "You're no longer only female. You're a hermaphrodite, but still look female, just like me. You'll get used to it. I wanted us to be closer alike, like sisters." The foxtaur then gave Husky a strange necklace with a gem on it. "Give this to her. You know who I mean, and she'll know what it is. I hope I'll see you again." The foxtaur kissed Husky again, then left, returning to the forest.

Husky felt confused by having more changes to her body, but thought she'll get used to it. The necklace didn't help, maybe she'll know who it's for when she meets them? Maybe she already knows them?

Motoko had taken a walk around the mountain. Along the way, she found an odd scroll sitting in a small shrine. As soon as she touched it, a female voice echoed in her mind.

The clan of the dragon
Shall be called once again
After three hundred centuries
With the Dragon of Darkness

Then the image of a fierce battle between a ninja dressed in white and a dregon with black scales flashed in her head. The ninja threw a shimmering katana at the dragon, who breathed violet flames upon it's foe. Those were the final actions of them both.

Staggering, Motoko managed to wander away from the shrine and to the edge of a forest and faint right on front of Husky

Husky saw Motoko faint right in front of her front paws. She looked at Motoko and then to the necklace given to her. Maybe the necklace is for Motoko? Husky thought to herself. The foxtaur told her that she'll know who the necklace is for, so she put it around Motoko's neck. Maybe it will wake her?

[Gabe Puratekuta]

The necklace started to shimmer and Motoko became a few centimeters taller. The then opened her eyes. "......Hus.....ky....???"

[Chukchi Husky]

Husky looked at Motoko. She was surprised to see her become a bit taller, but at least she was now sure the necklace was for her. "I was told to give that necklace to you by a foxtaur in the forest," Husky said.
