[SL the Pyro]

Z wasn't able to meditate. Both the rocking of the boat due to the storm and the commotion created by the others was really annoying. He became frustrated with these constant interruptions and decided to go inside until the storm calmed down. When he was in the doorway, he saw Motoko curled up in a ball, shivering. "This is why most people wear raincoats in a storm..." Z mocked.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

Motoko ignored Z comment. mainly due to the fact that she was too cold to even think of something to say back to him.
Suddenly, Z was hit by a giant hammer. "Is that any way to talk to anyone, especially my own daughter?" Gabriel walked past him and placed a blanket over Motoko

The storm drove on and on, and the thing that called itself Cap'n Button continued steering the ship. He didn't care that he was wet, but that they reach their destination. That didn't mean he cared for any of the crew either. If he could, he would've slit all their throats in an instant and Captained the ship himself. But no, he needed the crew and it's passengers until they could get to their destination.

Then, somewhere deep in his mind, the man spoke.

Why now?

You weren't taking any initiative. I decided that I should do all the hard work for you. Shouldn't you be happy? You don't have to do anything difficult. Enjoy yourself for a little while.

Why can't you just leave me alone?

Until you've been taught your lesson, I'm staying in possession of your body.

You're not even an independant being...I created you out of my lonliness and lust for fufillment

You created me the day you killed the man who owned my name...an innocent...how could you?

I don't know anymore...I don't know anything anymore.

Then shutup and relax. Enjoy yourself. Get drunk off of the laziness!

Then, the man and the thing went silent, and Cap'n Button continued steering the ship.

Z was taken completely by surprise; how didn't he sense that light energy!? He was almost knocked down by the blunt attack, but quickly righted himself.

"Never approach me from behind!" Z said while whirling around and back-handing Gabriel with his steel claw.

[Mystic Kitsune]

The backhand hit was blocked by a sudden appearance by Kitsune.

"Whats this? Causing trouble already? Keh. I expected better from you." Kitsune said releasing Z's hand.

He walked back and laid down in his cabin once again, daydreaming.

[SL the Pyro]

"He hit a darkness-driven killmaster from behind; what did you expect, cat-man-don't?" Z yelled back at Kitsune, then glared at Gabriel. "We'll settle this later..." he said in a monotone voice before continuing on his way.

Oh men... Lena thought to herself, still working by pulling up the ropes.

The storm began to die down slowly, the boat rocked less and less. The storm wasn't over yet, so there was still work to do. The Avenger Button surveyed the scenes around him. He saw the ever darkness-burning Z and the madness which overtook him to strike at Gabriel. He saw the brief conflict between Z and the Kitsune, and he smiled to himself. The passengers on the boat were conflicted enough as it was, and the rift that could be certainly needed a spark.

There was always madness to be begotten on a boat in the middle of the sea. It wasn't better that the storm was slowing them down a little bit. It allowed the tensions to build amongst the peoples and what not, and it also allowed for Button's very twisted entertainment.

The boat sailed on.

[Ransom]

The boat was creaking and rocking. It was going to be long now. Only a few more hellish minutes before the boat wouldn’t be able to take it anymore.

The sails were up, and the boat was continuing to be tossed around in the waves, this time unhindered by the huge sails straining its mast.
Perseus, in an effort to keep his balance as the rocking got worse, was near the mast, leaning on it. He looked around.
The scene before him only spoke one word, chaos.
People were running everywhere, pirates were being flung overboard, almost unnoticed in the violent fray. A depressing sea shanty could be heard through the torrents, emanating from the deep lungs of Captain button as he effortlessly steered the ship, obviously leading nowhere.
A fight had broken out between kitsune Gabriel and Z, which was quickly quelled, but had generated tension.

Their course was unknown, the storm was controlling the ship at its own will, taking it out, into the wilds of Lalvican, the deep unexplored area, known only as the “Sea of dreams”. They were moving faster than they thought.

The waves were getting bigger, and Perseus looked up, only to hear the screeching of gulls and petrels as they surrounded the ship through the storm, unafraid of the lightning or the gargantuan waves.

Land? Perseus thought as he looked at the birds.

The ship creaked again. They were doomed.

Lena heard the creak and then looked to see the birds. We're here already? She thought, but then realized, after looking through the fog, that the birds were flying over some sort of island, but there were ragged rocks ahead.

The impact of the ship sent her flying near the edge, clinging on for dear life, praying that she would be alright.

[Mystic Kitsune]

The bump had interrupted Kitsune's thoughts. He heard Lena screaming for help, he immediatley dashed out and looked around trying to find where she was.

He saw her and rushed over to help her back up. He had grabbed ahold of her arms and lifted her back up onto the ship, and took her back to his room.

"Youll be safe in here." He said.

And with that, went back to his thoughts.

[Ken the Wandering Soul]

Ken looked at the rocks and back down to the charts he had. This was Animatros Island, but he did not expect these rocks. Ken's eyes scanned the map before looking up.

"Damn, we came out on the wrong side of island!"

Button seemed to be in his own little world, not knowing anything that was going on around him as the ship drove on towards the many rocks jutted out of the sea.

He was instead mezmorized by the island which came out of the darkness unfolding before his eyes, looking at it's self beauty.

The ship rocked violently.

[Mystic Kitsune]

"Land. Finally." Kitsune said breathing a sigh of relief.

"Even if it IS the wrong side, it doesnt matter...its to bad this may not be the mainland though..." Kitsune said ready to get off the boat at any time.

[SL the Pyro]

The sudden rocking of the ship caught Z's attention. He stepped outside to see that the ship had reached land, although it was now stuck on some rocks. "At least we made it to land... I can finally regain my power without any interruptions." Z said to himself.

Not caring about his "shipmates" or what may be on the ground below, he jumped down onto the landmass and began to meditate. If something did come at him, he would sense it in his meditative state.

[Mystic Kitsune]

Watching the ever-so-impatient Z, Kitsune chuckled, and was hoping they were at the wrong island and that Ken would somehow reverse the ship and leave Z there.

Or not. His imagination could go really random.

He decided he would wait on his crew, besides, it wouldnt help going to a place he didnt even know about, especially if its not the mainland.

[SL the Pyro]

Z heard Kitsune laugh at him. "What could you be finding so funny, Kitsune?" he asked to himself. At first he thought that Kitsune sensed something where Z was, but he knew that wasn't possible due to the sea air and the dense fog from the storm.

Z didn't give it a second thought; he went back to meditation. Thanks to the additional darkness created by the storm, he was regaining his power more quickly. His body already began to glow with a violent dark purple aura. It wouldn't be long before he was back to his normal, terrifying self...

[Gabe Puratekuta]

[What, that was it? Barely a page went by!]

Gabriel, holding Motoko close to warm her up, looked over the railing. She could sense a very dark aura somewhere on the island. "(Demons......)" the word silently escaped her lips. Everyone else seems to be oblivious, but not her.
Motoko started shaking, mainly due to the dark aura. She also looked like she was going to vomit

Z was amazed. He sensed that there was more than the storm that was increasing the amount of dark energy in the area... but he didn't really care. He gained his full power within a few minutes. He body glowed black, and he switched into his Shadow Form; due to the energy he gained, his alternate form was a least twice as big as before. He glared down at the boat, which seemed like the size of his foot from how high his eye was. He didn't seem to care that he was in plain sight of everyone on the ship.

"Finally, my power is restored!" he said proudly. "Now, what shall I do? I don't even know if this is the mainland... I'd better not risk destroying these fools, because that would mean destroying my only way away from here if this isn't the mainland. I will play it quiet... for now."

[Ken the Wandering Soul]

Ken took a look at his map.

"Okay, it'll be a long walk, but the town should be fairly close."

The boy took a quick look around the ship, spotting Motoko who was the brink of being violently ill. Gabriel seemed jumpy too. Everyone seemed to feel uneasy. Ken himself had a bad feeling about this island...

Making up his mind, Ken went to one of the dingies on the sides of the ship. He turned to everyone else.

"I'm going to this island for a reason, one none of you have. You can go on to the mainland if you want, I'm sure he--" Ken jerked a thumb at Button, "--will be able to have you there in no time."

[TheAvengerLever]

Button smiled to himself as Ken gave him the ok go to take off on the ship.

But he wasn't ready for anything yet.

"I'm going to let everyone rest and recover from the hard storm whilst I try and figure a way to pilot out of these rocks. How should ye be getting back to the Fortress, or wherever your goin', boy?" said Button, looking at Ken.

After she had rested for awhile in Kitsune's room where she was taken, she heard the crew talking about what they were going to do. She thought that she should put her say into it.

"Maybe we should let this storm pass us, so that we will be able to see clearly and that not another incident shouldn't happen again?" She said, gathered underneath a rough blanket, covering her from the rain and starting shiverring.

[SL the Pyro]

The makeshift crew of the Namor didn't seem to care about Z; they were too busy discussing what to do. Z would've left, but the dark aura he sensed on the island intrigued him.

"I'm going to this island for a reason, one none of you have. You can go on to the mainland if you want, I'm sure he will be able to have you there in no time."

Ken's sentence caught Z's attention; he looked over to him approaching the dingy. "Where's he going? Is he coming here, or is this not the island he means?" Z thought. He shrunk down into human size, not switching out of his Shadow Form, and sunk into the ground. He got ready to shoot into Ken's dingy and pursuade the pirate into taking him along, should this not be the right island...

[Mystic Kitsune]

Kitsune nodded his head in agreement with Lena. He really wasnt in the mood of going anywhere. There was a storm, and there was an island. If there was a dark aura, who cares. As long as its not a danger for him getting to the mainland.

He was growing impaitent though, he had to wait until everyone else was recovered before returning to the mainland. He just wanted to travel the lands once again, like he used to. But now, with a new and improved blade.

He was actually getting quite homesick, he began missing the greenery of the woods...

[Gabe Puratekuta]

Suddenly, there was the most sinister laugh coming from the exact center of the dark aura. A laugh that crawled up everyone spines.
"Ken, wait!" Gabriel shouted and, with Motoko in tow, ran toward him. "I should come with you. There's something out there on the island that you probably can't see and you might need some protection against such."

[SL the Pyro]

Z heard the laugh from nearby; sensing everyone's fright at the sound amused him.

"Ken, wait! I should come with you. There's something out there on the island that you probably can't see and you might need some protection against such."

Z scowled at Gabriel upon hearing her proposition. Going with Ken would now mean accompanying Gabriel, who he was already at odds with. Z thought for a moment, and then sensed something else about the dark aura. It seemed... familiar. A sadistic smile crept across his face upon realizing who the aura belonged to. He launched to Gabriel's side and became human again.

"While you are right, Gabriel, you have no idea what is out there... someone similar to me resides on the island. Unless you want him interfering in your quest, you had best take me along." Z offered.

[Mystic Kitsune]

"Idiots! Where do you think youre going?! The ship is obviously the most important thing!" Kitsune yelled out to no avail.

"Keh! Fine." Kitsune said just turning around.

The ship is worth more than there lives anyway. Kitsune thought heading back to his cabin...

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"Motoko, you stay here."
"No." Although looking better, she was still shaking. "I.....have this feeling that if I stay, then something bad's going to happen to you."

[SL the Pyro]

Z snickered. "I think it would be wise if you both stayed behind. The evil on that island only interests me, and whatever Ken seeks is of no concern of mine." he said.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"'Tis mine as well. But I still protect my friends."
