[Billy Goat]

"I'm Germanlink...I am also very tired" Germanlink walked a couple of feet away and sat on a log. He then looked at the three dead Wolfos. "So uhhh...who's hungry?" he said in a humorous tone, as he turned his bag inside out and all his belongings fell out. He had some spices, bandages, a smoke grenade, and a plant which seemed like a magic catalyst.

He then took the spices and walked to one of the Wolfos, he then looked back at the others, "Well? What are you guys just standing there for? Help me get some firewood so we can eat."

[Mystic Kitsune]

"Ichiro Gabriel, and Ichiro Motoko. Right, Ill keep that in mind." Kitsune then turned to acknowledge that he heard Germanlink introduce himself as well.

"My name is Kitsune. Thats all you need to know. Call me whatever you like." He said to the crew.

He then saw Germanlink walking to one of the Wolfos, and then asked for firewood.

"Keh, get your own firewood. Im not hungry in any way." He said as he just sat on the floor hugging his long sword.

"...well, maybe I COULD gather fire wood, for at least Gabriel...I will be traveling with...her? After all..."

[Ken the Wandering Soul]

Ken looked over Kitsune, trying to take in more detail. The half-demon seemed more familier than strange. The name Kitsune seemed fairly self explanatory, but something about him reminded Ken of something. He felt that his parents told him about something pertaining to this, but his memories were drawing blanks...

Ken tried to get up again but his body again protested, and he went back to the laying on his back. He tried again, this time going slower. He managed to prop himself on his arms, sitting upright. His tired arms hurt as they shook from the weight they were supporting, and he clenched his teeth as a pained grunt escaped from his lungs. He tried getting up further but his arms buckled under, and he dropped on gurney.

Ken hated the feeling of total helplessness. He sighed, and made another silent pray that he may recover, and understand the path before him.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"Of course. Unless you can find your own way out of here." Gabriel said as she walked toward the best spot for firewood. Once she saw a suitable tree, she jumped and gave the mighty plant a few good kicks. as it fell, she drew her katana and sliced it a few times before landing with a pile of firewood behind her. "now that that's taken care of...."

[Mystic Kitsune]

Kitsune just looked at Gabriel cut the tree to pieces in less than a second. But didnt really seem suprised. He turned to eye Ken, the boy he had seen before.

"...Who is that?" He said to Gabriel while looking at Ken...

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"Who, Ken? I don't really know him that well, but he seems like a kind soul. Although his aura seems to have a strange tint to it." Gabriel said as a spirit whispered something into her ear. "Raiyu? I think I've seen that one somewhere before."

[Mystic Kitsune]

"Ken? Hmm... a good soul, and yet such a large sword?" Kitsune mumbled.

"No such things exist..." the Blade of Souls whispered into Kitsune's heart...

"Keh, I dont need you to tell me that...besides, you dont do any good on your own, even WITH a evil heart from a demon such as myself." said Kitsune silently to his blade.

"Heh. Youre just a half demon."

Kitsune narrowed his eyes at his blade, while it snickered. He felt like punching it, but how immature would it be to do something like that? It would look silly anyways.

Suddenly realizing something, Kitsune turned once more to Gabe to ask yet another question:

"When is the next full moon?" Kitsune asked...

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"In two weeks, I guess. But I figure we all'll be out of here and on our seperate ways before then." She then eyed Kitsune's blade. "And I have a feeling taht sooner or later that sword of yours might consume both your heart and your mind if you're not careful." She then placed the firewood in a small pile near the group and did some hand signs. Suddenly, flames eaped from her fingers and landed on the pile

"Two weeks time? I think it's actually tonight. Actually I'm very sure since I had just read the Moon Calendar from an old witch before entering this forest" said Germanlink as he started to drag the Wolfos to the flame, "You sure haven't changed, always showing off your flashy sword technices. And magic tricks" Said Germanlink as he looked at Gabriel with a smile. Germanlink looked up at the sun, "Judging from the sun, it's probably around 2pm right now. Lets set camp here and rest up before we start moving again tommorrow...maybe Ken will be healed as well".

Germanlink then grabbed 3 sticks and set it up is the old pig Barbecue way of cooking, where the wolfos was in on of the sticks spinning while the other two held it up. "It should be done in about an hour." Then Germanlink went back to the log and started treating his wounds. "Umm...do Wolfos get stronger during full moons?"

[Mystic Kitsune]

"Keh, this sword cannot take me..." Said Kitsune to Gabe in a silent tone remembering a bad point of his past...

Then he asked Gabriel suspiciously, "You heard the sword? Those who have had their evil ways in the past may only hear it. How is it that you can hear the wretched blade?"

While awaiting an answer, Kitsune thought about the moon once again, and then looked at Germanlink.

"You. Are you sure you read it right? If I find this to be a lie, then you will have a sword down your throat to fill up your hunger for that wolfos!" Kitsune said in a very harsh tone...

[Paladin Anthony]

Ayden stood calmly watching. All these people seemingly randomly gathering, although Ayden was sure each had their own agenda. It was almost starting to annoy Ayden, which was uncommon for him. Aiden would have tried to slaughter all of them by now, but he was still brooding somewhere inside Ayden's psyche.

His annoyance went away as the wolfos' attacked. He didn't even have to set the gurney down. Although the young Germanlink surprised him most. Apparently an elementalist, he provided a most gruesome death for the forest creature. Ayden didn't blame them for what they had done, but he had lived in the forest long enough to know that you could frighten these wolfos off, and they wouldn't bother you again. He however remained silent and without saying a word continued to trudge on. Hoping Toan, in his silence, would still follow. Toan, at least at the moment, was easy to read... he just wanted out of this forest. Ayden had to admit, after more than a century, he wanted out also.

Germanlink was surprised by the remark the Kitsune had just made, "Hmm? of course I'm sure I read it right, on my way here I went into a witch's or fortune teller's tent, and on her tent wall she had the Moon calendar...I think I'm smart enough to read a Moon Calendar correctly."

There was a long silence in the group.

Germanlink finished treating his wounds and got up. "I'm gonna go check if there's any spring around here, I'm kinda thirsty and feel a little dirty from all this blood in my clothes, I'll bring some water back as well...I'll be back by the time the Wolfos is ready to eat."

Germanlink walked off and dissapeared into the bushes along with his bag, his belongings were still at the campsite though.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"Well, if you really want to know...." Gabriel started. "....everyone in my village can hear the spirits, no matter what allignment they are." She then heard Germanlink's statement. "'Magic tricks'? As I've told you before, my friend, that is a ninja skill, not some spell."

[Ken the Wandering Soul]

"Ayden, wait." Ken spoke.

Ken once again tried getting up, and managed to get himself in a stable kneeling position.

"Motoko, I'll be leaving so I would like my sword back."

Ken would not let himself be a burden anymore. He was going to walk out this forest.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

"That wouldn't be advisable. You could be lost for years before the spirits decide to let you out of the forest." Gabriel would rather not have anyone she knew lost for that long. "Either Motoko or myself would have to accompany you."
She was surprised. "Me!?!"
"Of course. Can't you hear them right now? The spirits have really taken a liking to you."
"But Father, I--"
"Don't worry about me. Once you've made it out, wait for me. Okay?"
Motoko's expression changed. "Right."

[Mystic Kitsune]

Kitsune, now pondering about the moon, decided to go off on his own and come back to the group later, remembering their scent. If what the boy said was true, this night would be hectic.

Seeing as the light within the endless trees were fading, Kitsune became more worried.

"You should know no fear. I know you want to see how the moon looks...be human again..." said the Blade of Illusion.

Kitsune ignored it this time, still thinking about it.

"Draw me. I will cut a tree for you. Just one. So you can see the sky..."

Kitsune drew the blade, and a ripple in the air was seen and the tree was cut into 4 pieces.

"This way...I will stop hearing these voices from this damn sword..."

Kitsune scanned around with his ears just in case he sensed anyone approaching. Seeing as no one was coming, or at least he hoped, he patiently awaited nightfall...

"If you really think it's neccasary, then I don't see the harm in it."

Ken knew Ayden could do well, but if eased Gabriel, then it was okay. The boy got up on his legs and took back his sword. He stabbed the blade a little bit into the ground as he used it as a improv walking stick.

[Gabe Puratekuta]

Motoko closed her eyes and slowed her breathing in concentration. She then opened her eyes and pointed. "This way." she said. walking slowly as to ensure Ken doesn't lose sight of her.
"That daughter of mine's got a good heart." Gabriel said to no one with a small laugh

Germanlink came back, his bag empty and his clothes even dirtier. The only person at the campsite was Gabriel. "Hmm? Where is everyone?", after hearing that they left Germanlink saw that the Wolfos was done cooking. He went and ripped off a piece and gave it to Gabriel and ate some of it himself, only the limbs were the parts that were edible.

Some time had passed already, Germanlink was taking a nap and was awoken by a sound in the woods, he noticed Gabriel was gone and he stood up to look for her, he finnally saw her training, cutting down some trees. Germanlink looked up at the sky, "Ahh, it's about to get dark pretty soon." he then went back to lie down and take another nap.

"I tried to warn them...." was all Gabriel said before looking for a waterfall to train her mind. If Germanlink finds me doing this like he did last time, there'll be more punishment than just awhack with my hammer. she thought

[Mystic Kitsune]

The sun was gone. And finally Kitsune saw it, the moon. It was full.

Kitsune flinched, and fell to his knees. The power was beeing sucked into his sword. His evil power, all that remains was the good in him. The sword became more powerful, powerful enough to protect himself with it though, during this weakness stage. His appearence changed as well, his fox ears were gone and normal human ears appeared, his claws dissapeared, and his hair turned to a blackish color.

He got up as if nothing happened.

"What the hell?" He said while looking at his now glowing Blade of Illusion.

"I see...I havent been in this form for awhile...mustve been the lack of sight with the moon."

Kitsune picked up the Blade of Illusion, which seemed incredibly light, and tested it out. He pulled it out, and a dark blast instantly followed destroying a nearby tree.

"Keh! Im getting to like this better!" He said while happily swinging his sword around.

"What are you doing, Kitsune?" Kitsune randomly heard while enjoying the new might of his sword.

"What the heck? Who and where are you?" He randomly said while looking for the source of the voice.

"From inside you, or your giant sword for the time being. Enjoy your light side for the night, Kitsune, for in the morning you will become more dark, more than last time. You will forget about friends and destroy them..." said the voice from the un-used newly forged sword.

"Keh! Friends? I have no friends. If youre trying to threaten me from in there, 'oh dark one', then you have another thing coming.

With that, he left the giant sword within its sheath behind, and went back into the darkness of the woods.

"What was it I was looking for...Ah yes! Gabriel!" He said taking off in the direction he came from.

While heading back to where he originally left to see the moon, he heard the howling of wolfos.

"Wolfos?...theyd be stronger on the full moon. Keh, no match for me though!" Said the now, rather overconfident human Kitsune.

As if magically called by the statement, four wolfos jumped out looking for blood.

"...they found me so quickly? These guys are better than I thought!"

(OOC...may contain some violence, PM me if it is unsafe (i.e. Illegal on the forums), and Ill clear it up. Im pretty sure its not that bad...)

Instantly drawing the blade, he took out the first one with ease. The second one sprung at him, while the third and fourth were going for his legs to put him out.

He kicked the third one, while the fourth one caused a gash right below his knee cap. The second one got a good bite on his left shoulder.

"Dammit!"

The third wolfos got back up and jumped on his chest and started biting at his neck, he punched it in the jaw with his right arm, rolled over and wrestled it down to the ground, with some of his fox nature still in him. Eventually the second and fourth wolfos jumped on his back as it became a literal dog pile.

He rolled over to his left, off of the third wolfos, making the two wolfos on his back fall off. He quickly got up, scanning for his Blade of Illusion.

"...dammit...these wounds...this weak human body...its starting to get to me...no wonder that sword is called the blade of illusion!" He said while scanning for it.

All three wolfos took the offensive. They jumped on him and bit various places on his left arm, it was rendered useless for the time being.

"...dammit...these wolfos...Im going to-"

Out of nowhere, the giant blade flew into Kitsune's right hand knocking the three wolfos off of his left (it flew in from his left.) He got up, and looked at his severed left arm.

"Keh...still there..." Said Kitsune with a relief.

The wolfos were struggling to get up, he quickly smashed them all with the sheath of the Giant sword.

It was strange. He had already killed them on the first blow from the giant sword, but he wanted to make them pay for the damage they had done...he dismantled them, taking one of the arms of a wolfos and smashing a eyeball of another open. While the other one was already dead, he took the body and smashed the stomach open, and took another wolfos's head and shoved it into the open stomach of the other.

After all this, he smashed the remains as well.

Looking back at the battle ground, with his left arm severed, and a bite wound on his shoulder, he saw the field in blood.

"Keh..."

"That was your dark energy within you, that was not sucked into the Blade of Illusion. Im your evil heart, within this blade. You, still have the desire to kill left within you, Kitsune."

He turned to look at his blade, then he suddenly realized all the things he had just done...

"No...I..."

"Face it. You had killed them, with your own hands. Take me and wield me as your blade. Once the sun rises, your demon energy will come back, and you will become the perfect killer by nature..."

"...The sun..."

Kitsune was thinking rapidly, but couldnt concentrate...the sun, the sun, how to avoid changing back until all the evil-energy problem was resolved...

The deep tree canopy! It suddenly hit him.

He turned to run deeper into the woods, still in the direction where Germanlink and Gabriel were. The sword flew to him, right into his hand, and the Blade of Illusion flew into his left.

"You cant run from your inner demons, Kitsune. We will return to you by sunrise..." said the giant blade.

Kitsune couldnt do anything, but go for now. He stopped for a second, attached the Blade of Illusion back to his clothing, and thought for a second.

"Seeing as you can talk now to, you giant blade, I will have to think of a name for you."

"Naming a sword? Im Kitsune as well you know, just the dark side."

Not being able to think in the situation, Kitsune just decided to leave all his sword's comments aside.

"You will be the Kitsune-Kaze-Dao, hai?"

Without waiting for a response, he attached the sword to his back and kept proceeding. He came across a dense area where a waterfall was...and there, he saw Gabriel...

"Ga-Gabriel?" Kitsune said. After losing a lot of blood, Kitsune collapsed from the wounds he had from the wolfos. He became unconsious...

"Whoa!" Germanlink was awoken by the piercing sound of some Wolfos in the distance. He got up and saw that Gabriel was also gone. "Augh! I better find her before I end up dead alone in this forest!", he then heard the sound of Wolfos once more, "I wonder if Gabriel is in trouble with those beasts.". Germanlink packed his things and ran in the direction that he had heard the sound from. Eventually, he came into a clearing, along with some dead Wolfos and a massive puddle of blood.

Even in the dark, Germanlink was able to see a trail of blood heading back into a direction right around the campsite. "What the hell is going on?" Germanlink began to run again, following the long trail of blood.

Ayden let Motoko lead, offering little advice as her spirits lead her out of the heart of the Lost Woods. He also kept an eye on Ken, even though this warrior needed little help.

The trip thusfar was strangely silent. Toan kept to himself for the most part. Ayden likewise provided no conversation. Much had happened since her met Ken, and most of it hinted toward a redemption for Ayden, but when would he begin and what would he have to do? Questions that only lead him away from the forest and back into the civilization he feared he would harm.

Motoko's spirits surprisingly never led her astray. Ayden well knew that the spirits of this forest loved to play tricks and get travellers lost, but she seemed to be an exception. Ayden watched her intently for a moment as she communicated with these spirits, perplexed by their respect for her... and he beautiful green hair and blue eyes. Once aware that he was staring, he shook his head, blinked slowly to clear his mind, then continued on, stretching his senses out across the forest around him.

In the time that the small group had spent going to the forest edge, Ken had recovered more from his strange encounter. He was gaining back the trust he had in his sword, remembering the advice Raiyu told.

"It was already there." he mumbled to himself a few times.

There may have been something sealed in the sword, but it was something that had been passed down in his family - and he always felt like there was a benevalent presense in the blade.

Whenever Motoko slowed down to help Ken catch up, the boy would put more work into his pace. He did not want to look weak. He would make it. A couple times, a spirit would wisper something in his ears. A taunt, or sometimes a mischievious one telling him they were going the wrong way. Ken continued on anyway, letting their words go unnoticed.

There was barely any light in the sky as they approached the edge of the forest...

Germanlink kept on running, as fast as he could. He eventually heard a waterfall and headed in that direction. He got there immediately, panting, gasping, out of breath from so much running. He then saw the Kitsune collapsed and ran immediately to see what was wrong with him.

He took a knee and looked up to see Gabe walking towards the two. "There you are, I've been looking for you since I woke up." Germanlink then looked back down at the Kitsune, he then noticed, "what the..." the Kitsune's fox ears were gone and his hair was no longer a shining silver, but a dark black color.

"He's lost a lot of blood", said Germanlink, pulling out some bandages from his bag.

[Mystic Kitsune]

It was dark, Kitsune couldnt see anything. He could still feel, but couldnt see, and If he could, then he just saw darkness...

"This is why you need your demon power..." a silent voice said to him...

Out loud, Kitsune mumbled "I...dont want to go back to my demonic self..."

"Nonsense, its obvious...those you met...could have taken down those wolves easily..."

"But...with the demonic power...I cant control my usual self"

"Its worth the power from your sword...once you get direct eye contact with the sun...you will transform back...and just wait for me..."

"Damn you..." Kitsune said silently outloud and faded back into darkness...

Germanlink heard the Kitsune mumbling something to himself. "Don't over-do it." he said as he was starting to treat Kitsune's wounds. Germanlink was hoping for the best, that the Kitsune would not die, but was still very surprised how he had not died already from so much blood loss. "What in the world happened to you? and your fox ears are gone too, and your hair...I wonder........Ahhh, so that's it."

Germanlink looked up at the full moon and realized it must have been the full moon that made the Kitsune this way, after all, he was acting very strange towards the subject that the full moon would be tonight.

"There, you should be fine in no time" said Germanlink as he finished treating the Kitsune's wounds. "I think I'll stay up for the night just to watch over you in case something happens."

[Mystic Kitsune]

Kitsune got up. Instantly he checked around if he had his fox ears or not. He didnt.

Breathing a sigh of relief, he sat down and looked around, seeing as its still night, he just smiled and looked over at Germanlink.

Kitsune now spoke in a more kind, more human, more, well, friendly, type of voice. Completley different from the same morning.

"You...you took care of my wounds?" He asked Germanlink.

"And, youre still here looking after me? I dont even know you..." Kitsune said...

Looking up, he saw the night sky was completley covered, making there be no way to see the sun directly.

"Keh...no worries here..." He thought to himself...

[Gabe Puratekuta]

Gabriel was still meditating under the waterfall. She had been there for a couple hours and had no intention to move anytime soon. Suddenly....

"Ga-Gabriel?"

It was Kitsune, only more human than during the day. He was pretty weak due to the blood loss and severed arm.
"Kitsune!?! Iie shin-e!" She stood up and headed toward the slightly different-looking new friend of hers. She then noticed that Germanlink had found his way to the area as well. She noticed that he only glanced at her once, concentrating on the wounded Kitsune instead on her wet undergarments. The voice of the sword, more dark this time, echoed into her ears and she took a few drops of Kitsune's blood and mixed it with special herbs that she had with her. While mixing, she mumbled an incantation that Germanlink couldn't understand. Hang on, Kitsune! While Germanlink tends to your physical form, I'll make sure your spiritual form stays as is. she thought just as Kitsune awakened. Relieved, she dabbed her finger into the mixture and painted a symbol onto Kitsune's forehead. "There! That should do it."

[Mystic Kitsune]

"Cold...what did you put on my forhead Gabriel?" Kitsune said fully back in his senses now.

He realized he could not hear his sword now.

"Keh, about time that stupid blade shut up. That useless guidance was very annoying."

He finally got up, at least to a sitting posistion. He was looking at Gabriel, who was still drenched by the water, and Germanlink, who was drenched in the blood from the wounds...

"Thank you, I didnt know you two would care so much for a...half demon like me."
