Ken then looked at his sword, now lashed across Ayden's back. He stared at the red jewel on the guard. It seemed like it was just decoration, but with what happened in the temple, he felt slightly nervous about. Nonetheless, it was his family's sword--whither or not something was sealed in it did not matter.
Ken turned his head to the other side, his gaze wandering. For a split second, he thought he saw someone. His eyes scanned the area again, but he didn't see anything. He blinked a few more times, puzzled.
"Someone was there..." he uttered under his breath.

He decided to follow. Lurking within the shadows, Kitsune kept his senses about using his curious fox-like ears on his head.
There was something about this person he was looking at, like he had seen him before. He would always think of his hometown when eyeing this individual.
He continued slowly but steadily.

Germanlink came to the relaization that Billy Goat must have joined the Lost Woods army in order to most likely fight against Khuffie's great empire. "How ironic, he still joins an army, so what's difference did this make...he is so arrogant, I must find him before he kills himself". Germanlink found himself in front of a surprisingly big sign, "WARNING! ENTERING LOST WOODS". Germanlink sighs and steps forward deep into the dense forest in hopes of finding something that may lead him to his brother.

"Guys, there's trouble!"
Toan felt thoroughly annoyed by now - all these hold ups! He knew better than to tempt the Gods and fight Their Almighty Destiny, but it couldn't hurt to egg on these "leaders" in the slightest bit. In a baleful tone, but nevertheless underspoken and soft, Toan uttered, "There is no danger here, merely a distraction."
With that the ominous appearance of the Woods gave way to an even darker shadow as Toan gazed upon the underbrush near the large tree. The bush grew darker and darker and darker... the entire bush seemed to be a silhouette, yet it grew darker still. The leaves began to twist and curl and disintegrate, hitting the ground as if they were being burned by an unseen fire. If it had the means, the bush would be emitting an ear-piercing scream; the entire act seemed to be that painful. When the leaves were gone the branches and twigs began to curl, twist, and disintegrate as well, until nothing was left of the bush except for a small pile of pitch black, cold as ice ashes... and as the shadow lifted the Woods back to its normal state of gloomy despair, it revealed the half demon Kitsune.
Toan blinked a few times and gave a small sigh. Magic comes at a small cost, but this was mere child's play - nothing enough to wear him out in the mildest sense. But, regardless, he realized he was hungry again. Nodding his head very slightly towards the animal, the Zora uttered once more. "It is nothing but a creature who has forsaken my Gods, and therefore means nothing to me. Let us leave it and continue our journey, for we are quite.... delayed as it is."
He took a few smooth steps forward and turned to face the rest of the group, his eyes flashing malevolently, awaiting any kind of response.

She was taken aback in surprise. "Really....? Do you think I can, Father?"
"Of course. Although, the choice is up to him."

Ken then heard Gabriel, and turned his head to her and Motoko.
"If you really think so, then go ahead. It would be one less burden for Ayden."
Ken did feel mildly worried--the sword was light for being as long as he was tall. But even with the mystical nature of the blade, it was very heavy. Ken really did hate being useless, but there was no use complaining about it. Not moving for a while would hopefully help him recover.

Germanlink quickly drew a wind spell from his book and blew a strong gust of a air at the Stalfos, almost having no effect, only blowing the Stalfos a few inches backwards. The Stalfos grew angry and charged at Germanlink again, punching straight into his stomach, then throwing him into a bush. Germanlink was even more angered now, he tried another spell but it still had no effect on his enemy. This time, Germanlink drew a spell and linked it to his arm, he then punched the stalfos in the the arm and it came right off. He then relaized he could link his spells into physical attacks to make them stronger. He then linked a spell into his legs, he then jumped up into the air and did a spining kick into the stalfo's ribcage. The stalfos itself shattered and all it's bones were blown off with the wind and power from Germanlink's kick.
Savoring his victory, Germanlink looked into the spring. This time, two Stalfos had jumped out, this time it was even worse though, they carried a sword and shield each. "This is ridiculus" Gemanlink drew another spell into his legs, this time though, he ran. He ran as far as he could from the spring. "If the monsters are this powerful, I can't even imagine how strong the warriors of this place must be." He remembered his brother, and kept on walking.
Eventually he ran into a little fairy by an orchard of flowers, "...all I saw was earlier when I was going to my friend's house, I saw a group of strange ones, a Zora and three humans." With these words, Germanlink headed to the direction pointed out by the fairy, hoping that this group would know something about his brother.

Gabe then nodded. "Let's go." she said as she opened her ears further to the forest spirits

It must have just been the attack. This ability to control the darkness inside him was having unusual effects, mainly the ability to see now what had happened when he was not in control.
Ayden shrugged the whole thing off, shifting the weight of the gurney and eying Toan. He was obviously in a hurry, and Ayden was likewise ready to leave this temple. He started off. "Well, if Ken were well it would still take a bit of time for us to get out of these woods. So I suggest we get started. Ken will be well soon enough I'm sure, but we need to cover a little ground before nightfall." He looked up through the thick foliage, trying to judge the time despite the forests veil.
After realizing that it was only mid-day, he started out. As he walked, he slipped back into his own thoughts, replaying the events in the temple and wondering at the possible implications.

"Excuse me good sirs...may I have some of your time?" said Germanlink, hoping that these people were friendly, since it was ovious he would not be able to take them on even if they were enemies, specially with his injuries from the previous battles.

Ken poured through his mixed thoughts a little when he heard a new voice and looked over to Germanlink.

He then realized, it was the jealousy. That sword was far superior to his own, meaning he needed a new sword that is not exactly, "stronger", but just one that was more powerful then the one he wields right now.
Noticing this, he decided to take a different approach, he went to the forgery he had heard of. He decided to get a brand new sword, one that was at least better than this one.

"Excuse me, good sirs...may I have some of your time?"
She looked over at the new guy and her eyebrow went up. "Yes? What seems to be--" She walked over to him, scanning his face. "Do I know you? You seem kind of familiar to me."
Motoko just giggled and, while staying alert, held Ken's sword a bit more comfortably

Germanlink looked into that direction as well, but he did not notice anything at all. And so seeing nothing wrong, he kept on talking, "Do you remember me? I'm Leon Archan's eldest son, Germanlink." Germanlink was actually very pleased to find someone who he knew, surely they weren't complete friends, but they weren't complete strangers either. A Wolfos could be hard off into the distance, fear grew into Germanlink's eyes. But seeing the people in front of him, he felt safer.
"Oh yes, I almost forgot, I have a question for you all...do you know of a warrior named Billy Goat? He supposedly fought in the war on behalf of the Lost Woods, so if any of you are from here, I'm sure you have seen him...well have you?" Germanlink walked closer into the group, mainly because he was scared that the pack of Wolfos might have caught his scent and would head this way.

"....do you know a warrior named Billy Goat?" he asked the group.
Obviously, Motoko was completely confused by the question.
Gabriel followed him back to the group. "Billy Goat? I haven't seen him since after the war."

Kitsune asked for it to be a straight sword. He also asked the man to create it from a special material that he could relay his magic energy through creating large blasts.
"That will be pricey, heh heh" said the fat forger. Kitsune just nodded and let him continue his work.
The man made the sword at a high speed, and was done quickly. He finished the sword, made a custom sheath for the blade, and handed it over to Kitsune.
"That will be 500,000 gold, sir, heh heh."
"...what?" said Kitsune looking at him with a cold stare.
"I told you it would be pricey, half demon. And since you cant accept that, Ill make it 550,000."
Instantly, Kitsune turned around and smashed the man's skull using the sheath of the sword. The man fell down behind his counter, so Kitsune couldnt see (nor did he care), of what happened to the man. The blow was lighter than usual, so he may have survived.
"Keh, thanks." He mumbled to himself on the way out.
Exiting the forge, he headed back to the temple area thinking up a new plan.

"Oh, I seem to have forgotten, I should tell you that-", Germanlink was interrupted by a growl, and immediately Three Wolfos jumped out of the bushes. Germanlink started to prepare a wind spell as the three Wolfos started to circle around the group.

He looked up to the forest canopy, away from the conversation.
^Do you truly fear the sword of your ancestor?^
<Raiyu... I...> the boy thought.
^An evil was always within - it matters not whither you saw it.^
<Great Silver Wolf... What am I supposed to do?>
^When the time comes... My answer, your devotion, and the truth... It will all point to itself...^ the voice faded.
Ken looked back when he heard the Wolfos coming out.
"Mockeries of true nature..." the boy mumbled.
Ken tried to get up, feeling the instinct to fight, but his tired body immediately collapsed.
"Damn..."

Seeing the collapsed warrior, he decided his best chance to be friendly with the crew would be to help them out.
He pulled the sheath out with the sword still in it, and prepared for a battle with the wolfos.
"Keh, these low-level wolves dont deserve to be killed by a blade..."

Motoko wasn't doing very well, herself. Although they took her completely by surprise, none of them were able to touch her. She then slashed downward with Ken's sword and one more Wolfos went down

"Whew, that was way too close." said Germanlink, wiping his arm off from the Wolfos' saliva with his pants.
"Those Wolfos had been following me for quite a while now, they probably followed my scent all the way to this place, sorry about that. Although, I wonder what happened to the other two..." Germanlink finished wiping himself off, and looked over at the Kitsune

"...These warriors have remarkable skill if they can slaughter wolfos this fast...Keh, or the wolfos have just lost their touch..."
Noticing that the warrior was still staring at him in a confuzing way, he turned and faced him...after a long awkward silence, he spoke:
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Said Kitsune with a glare.

Motoko eyed the half-demon in sheer confusion. There are very few demons in hte mountains, let alone half-demons. I hope he's friendly.... she thought

He turned to the two women and glared.
"Where did you learn your sword skill from?" Was all he asked in a serious tone.

Motoko nodded. "That's right. Father's such a great teacher!"
"(Don't you think you're laying it on a little thick there?)" she whispered to her daughter.
"(Not really. Am I)"

He said this as he looked around the woods to see if he could hear out or smell any other enemies approaching.
"You would make a great sparring partner." He said to Gabe, "What name do you go by?"

He seems friendly enough.... "And I am Ichiro Motoko."
