There's nothing wrong with discussing these things, I enjoy hearing people's theories, when they're backed up, it's just the extent that some people go to to justify things they 'think' they've just 'discovered'.
I like that Deku_Link supplied some evidence for his ideas. He makes a good point that can be backed up a little. But it's the people who just plain make stuff up and decide that it 'must have been what happened'. Sheesh.
Also, get over it.
Well, as you may know there are people who present their theory and support it with some facts. Sometimes the best you can do is infer things from certain facts, but as long as you don't come out of thin air without reasoning to your theory. The way you initially came in here criticizing this forum seemed like a direct attack towards everyone who participates here.
Now, you have made yourself clear that it's towards certain people who do the annoying things you described, and not towards those who are more concise with their theories. However, if you were a regular in these forums, you'd notice that many of the people here, at one point or another, have explained a detailed theory with something to support it. Some have been off the mark and corrected and some have been close but not proven or disproven. Some people just don't like repeating themselves and going further in depth to stuff they already explained reasoning to. If you were a regular here, you probably would've seen what everyone has to say in simialr threads at different times.
You are entitled to your opinion indeed, but lets not make assumptions about the nature of people here, especially if you may not have been around see what they initially had to say.
