Yeah, TMC Hyrule is probably the safest, especially before Vaati opened Pandora's Box.

OoT era Hyrule continues to pull away, but I feel that I shouldn't be surprised as The Hyrule here did immerse you in ways games never had before at that time.

I'm sure someone likes Four Swords, it's probably just that the ones who do just haven't voted yet.

OoT era Hyrule continues to own all the others, but every era has its good and bad points..

ALttP. It's probably one of the richest eras in culture and beauty. Ganon's sealed away and not a threat (but that changes whilst ALttP is going on), the temples are awesome, and I'd be 2-D. =P OoT's was a close second, but I just like the ALttP feel.

That is a very good reason.

I still haven't voted yet but it won't make much of a difference as OoT era Hyrule is winning by such a margin. Not that I wasn't going to vote OoT.........

It's mostly random because the style of game calls for it (and sections like the Dark World and Frozen Hyrule would be much more normal most of the time), and it's actually far larger than ALttP Hyrule, TMC Hyrule and probably OoT Hyrule too.

Larger compared to ALttP era Hyrule it may be but the Hyrule in the Four Swords era (especially FSA) looks isolated.

Finally voted. I went for ALttP for the reasons quoted above.

It's a mix between OoT Hyrule and TMC Hyrule. I'd say WW, but I hate water. lol

OoT Hyrule is safe if you're inside the towns. Even if you travel by day you're still pretty safe. TMC, well, there just seems to be nothing around to really hurt you. I love Hyrule Town in TMC.

So, either one of those XD.

The reasons given are great and are alos justified, but which era really immerses you in the landscape it's presented in?

LTTP Hyrule. With the Triforce in the King's possession watching over the country and bringing the kingdom into a utopian age....yea.

OOT time hands down, I would like windwaker, it is very sea sidey but when you think about it most people are born on one island and stay on it the rest of their lives on it which would be pretty boring after a while.

In OOT if you got bored of hyrule you could visit nearly every race if they let you in.

Still Termnia is a better place overall, all the shops and well........

Yeah...but the only con I have with OoT Hyrule is that even though it gives you the impression that it's big (and to some degree it is) if you truly want to explore the overworld, you'll see big wall and cliffs.

To me it felt like it had an element of restriction (even though I'm sure the power of the N64 was already pushed to its limits, which is why I was so happy when I first saw TP's overworld.

It really looked expansive and is begging to be explored.
