So if she's Zelda's descendant, then Zelda's her true form? The whole being mixed race thing seems like a Sheik-esque disguise to me. Zelda's x(great,) granddaughter = Zelda? Right?

I say that OoT Zelda's child/nephew/neice/cousin/whatever escaped to the islands before the flood and had a baby who had another baby and so on until Tetra was on.

Well, basically, Zythe, they're the same person, unlike conqueror Ganondorf and demon Ganon. As the princess, her name was to be Zelda, but as a wild girl born on the open sea, her name was Tetra. King changed it, but even in that dress of destiny, (big scene with ToW, her dress was changed to signify her princesslyness,) we soon see that nothing about Tetra has changed at all, besides her being a little more reverent, but that affects her Tetra-self too. Her garb changes at the end to symbolize living for the future, a moral the King realized too late. But overall, it's just one slightly confused girl having a costume/name change.

Yep, that's how I saw it. But the other day in the Light Force thread, HoW said she was a completely unrelated girl and I was all 'wtf'. How can Tetra be her true form if she is Zelda? IMO, she can choose now, because she's aware and her daughters will be fair-skinned Hylian girls.
