It's finally time for the January milk and seeds, though! Milk crops up monthly, and involves the milk board paying you for the milk from your cows over the month.

JANUARY MILK : SEEDS

January Milk. You receive from the Milk Marketing Board a payment for your January milk, which works out at £6 for each cow you own at this date.

Seeds. Purchase the seed you require for the year for your wheat, oats, barley and root crops by paying £2 for each acre that you are sowing.

Okay, bookkeeping time.

Kisseena has 57 cows, giving her £342. She's planting 100 acres of stuff, so spends £200 on seeds. £983 -> £1,125
canas has 62 cows, getting £372. He plants 100 acres of stuff, spending £200. £752 -> £924
Hana has 64 cows, getting £384. Planting 110 acres costs £220. £855 -> £1,019

4. While on the road, your tractor ran into your neighbour's dairy herd. Each farmer throws the dice. If an odd number is thrown, you give the player one of your cows. If an even number is thrown, you give the player two cows.

Oh, ouch... That's a harsh one. Kissy, get off the road! Quick rundown, and...canas: 4, even. Hana: 6, even. Jasi: 1, odd. Sir Deimos: 4, even. Kissy's drunken tractor rampage managed to kill 7 cows! She gives her own cows away to make up for the deaths, so in effect no one else's number of cows changes, Kisseena just loses 7.

canas gets a 2...

2. During crop spraying, the wind carried the spray in the wrong direction. Each farmer throws the dice. If a 1 or a 6 is thrown, you must pay £10 compensation to the player. No action is necessary if any other number is throw.

So, quick rolls again... Kissy, 1. Hana, 4. Jasi, 4. Sir Deimos, 2. Looks like the wind blew the chemicals over Kisseena's farm! Maybe that's what caused her to lose control of the tractor? canas pays £10 compensation to her.

Hana gets a... 4! Oh dear.

1. Your dog has been worrying sheep. Pay £10 compensation to each farmer with more than 40 ewes and an extra £5 compensation if any farmer also has lambs.

I guess the dog is destroyed, too. Since every farmer has more than 40 ewes, and lambs, that's £15 to each player.

And finally, Sir Deimos gets a 6!

6. You need extra pasture for your dairy herd. Pay £50 to the farmer on your left.

Which would be Kisseena, the chemically sprayed bad driver.
