I think this is the only reason to sell lambs off last time, to avoid the extra ley cost. So, let's see...DROUGHT
Severe drought leaves your pastures bare and they cannot carry their usual amount of stock. Take 1 acre for each horse and cow you own, and take 1/2 an acre for each ewe and lamb you own. SHould the total exceed 90 acres, rent an autumn ley of ten acres for £50; and if the total exceeds 100 acres, rent an autumn ley of twenty acres for £100 instead.
Kissy's total is 79.5. £50 please!
