Yeah, Showsni. You and Vet have surprisingly good teams.

WEEK 1 WRAP UP!
Congrats to Fish, Elven, CFS, Vet, and Benzen!
Super congrats to CFS for being the highest-scoring chap in the entire league!
In what became a shootout, CFS toppled Ken with an absurd amount of firepower courtesy of QB Matt Ryan, WR Brandon Marshall, and RB Ray Rice. All three guys are set to put up these kind of numbers every week, so if CFS can sort out his WR2, TE, and DEF, he's going to be god-damn-scary.
Ken got clutch performances himself, and the only real "hole" in his team is his Flex2. If he can find someone to replace Ryan Williams, he's sitting on top of a win button.

Vet and Sean also had a pretty close game. If you'll recall, Sean won best draft based upon projections, but he hit a stumbling block when Fred Jackson left the game with a knee injury, which allowed Vet to coast into victory. Jackson's out 4ish weeks. On the plus side, Sean's rockin Reggie Wayne and Jimmy Graham, who look to be putting up huge numbers all year. I think Eli Manning just had a bad game.
If you bop down to Sean's bench, he's got Jackson's replacement RB already, and a pretty great K in Nate Kaeding. He's lookin at what would be a plug-and-play victory next week.
I'm liking Vet's team, and I fully believe Michael Turner's numbers this week to be a fluke. He's a #1 RB on a great team. I think Vet could make zero changes and be sitting pretty for next week, but he's got some interesting talent on his bench, as well as some potential pickups on waivers to consider.

Showsni and Benzen squared off Premier League style.
I just don't know what happened to Showsni's team. They all fell flat at the same time. Colston is a tough play because the Saint have too many damn weapons, but Charles should not have scored sub-10. It didn't help that he played an injured dude. He's got some substitutions to make for next week, but the fact that he had a bad week and was kind of competitive with Benzen is saying something. Plus, I think he's set with his defense. Baltimore looked impressive as hell.
Benzen got his butt saved by Julio Jones. He shouldn't look for those kind of numbers again, but on the flip-side, Trent Richardson should be producing more soon; he was coming off injury. I think Benzen needs to find a new TE pronto, and probably look for some more impressive Flexes.
---
The most lopsided game of the night, Fish trampled Canas.
Riding high on surprise games from Maclin and Ridley, Fish got some pretty massive boosts. Jennings and Redman are hurt, though, so he's got some roster moves to consider.
Canas, oh Canas.
He left AP on the bench, and missed out on 20+ points. He's playing a rookie WR in Floyd on a team who doesn't really let rookies play. Thankfully, his RB1 is healthy next week, as is AP, so he should bounce back nicely with a few roster moves.
---
Elven and Tsume had the lowest-scoring game of the night.
Elven, despite playing one guy who was injured, and who didn't register a catch, still pulled out with a freakish performance by Lance Moore, and a nice showing from Aaron Hernandez.
Rob made a good call with Garcon, and Cruz should bounce back next week, but Beanie and Royster were bad choices, not to mention Buffalo's defense. Rob's got some thinking to do next week.
---
Finally, the grudge match of the football nerds: DP v Leo.
Leo got a shocking performance from Tony Romo, who we expected nothing from. On the flipside, he missed Welker's normal contribution, and Jennings came out of his game hurt. He got solid numbers from Gronk and Gore, and had he had a perfect week, he would've taken me down.
I was shocked by how well RGIII did, and equally shocked by how poorly Fitzgerald did. More worrying is that I almost lost despite putting up a crazy 156 points. Some weeks you do pretty damn well, but it's not enough.
