I feel most sorry for Ken, he got 0 points out of a projected 13 for Kevin Smith

I traded for Smith in another league because all my RBs were hurt, and now he's not even playing. Major oops on my part.

Saw in my Twitter feed a tweet from him that the knee doesn't seem to be too serious, so you should be fine for next week. :P

Yeah, apparently Jim Schwartz just benched him for 2nd round pick Mikel something...? He must've done something to piss him off.

Looks like I've finally got my first win, unless Jermichael Finley can put up 30+ points, which I doubt he can against the Seahawks defense. Darrelle Revis also tore his ACL, so I'll need a new defense as well. <_<

EDIT: Speaking of which, any interested in trading me a defense for...something on my roster?

Just had a thought: is Leo a big football fan because they say his real last name a lot in Jerry Maguire?

3. Jerry Maguire.

Edit:

I think I'm against Showsni this week? And I'm the favorite by .02 points. This is going to be ridiculous.

Yeah, it's more analytically-related than it is an actual sport; eg. looking at a player's projections, their recent performances, how good of a defense they're going up against, who their QB is, etc.

Maybe next year we should start up an LA fantasy basketball league too.

WHATUP BITCHES

I'M UNEMPLOYED AND IT'S PLAYOFFS TIME

LET'S REVIVE THIS SHIT

________________________________________________________________________________

BECAUSE CANAS (8-6) AND BENZEN (11-3) WON THEIR DIVISIONS, THEY ARE OFF THIS WEEK.

CANAS GOT HOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEASON, BROKE OFF A HUGE WIN STREAK, AND BEAT ME TWICE IN THE PROCESS, WHICH GIVES HIM THE BYE OVER ME.

BENZEN'S TEAM HAS BEEN CONSISTENT. HE DIDN'T SCORE AS MUCH AS LEO, BUT ALWAYS CAME AWAY WITH THE W.

LEO (10-4) TAKES ON CFS (8-6)

SHOWSNI (9-5) TAKES ON DP (8-6)

SHOWSNI HAS HAD AN INCREDIBLY STRONG TEAM DESPITE HIS NEGLIGENCE.

I HAVE MISMANAGED GREATLY. DESPITE SERIOUS TALENT, I LEAVE SO MANY POINTS ON THE BENCH.

CFS HAS STUMBLED INTO THE PLAYOFFS, BUT HE WON LAST WEEK TO GET IN, AND THAT'S WHAT COUNTS.

LEO HAS BEEN EXCELLENT ALL YEAR AND IS OUR LEAGUE'S TOP SCORER BY OVER 100 POINTS.

KAKARIKO VILLIAGE SENT 4 DUDES TO THE BIG DANCE.

LOD SENT 2.

LOD IS FOREVER SHAMED.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE

A BRACKET FOR THE OTHER KIDS

SYNILE (7-7) AND VET (7-7) ARE THE BEST OF THE WORST AND GET BYE WEEKS.

SYNILE MISSED THE PLAYOFFS BY A TINY, TINY MARGIN, WHEREAS VET'S TEAM, WHILE FULL OF MONSTERS, SUFFERED IN HIS ABSENCE.

ELVEN (5-9) TAKES ON KEN (4-10)

FISH (6-8) TAKES ON TSUME (1-13)

ELVEN'S TEAM WAS PRETTY GOOD, BUT INCONSISTENT. HE DESTROYED LEO LAST WEEK THOUGH SO IT'S OKAY.

KEN'S TEAM BROKE OFF A 2-GAME WIN STREAK BUT QUICKLY FELL INTO DISUSE AND LOW SCORES.

FISH HAD A ROCKY SEASON. NO WINNING STREAKS, NO LOSING STREAKS-- VERY UP AND DOWN.

TSUME MADE SOME INTERESTING DRAFT PICKS AND THEN PEACED OUT. HE WON HIS FIRST GAME TWO WEEKS AGO.

PROJECTIONS FROM DP

Showsni has a monster team, but Vick and McGahee haven't been playing for a few weeks.

Tony Gonzalez was the best TE around for a few weeks. Jackson's having a solid year, quietly.

Colston and Charles have been very inconsistent, good for 40, 20, but too often, 10.

Calvin Johnson will ruin me.

If Showsni can put in two replacements, I'm toast.

On my side, RGIII might be injured. He's been my fantasy star. I'm currently wrangling up a new QB.

TY Hilton will be replaced. We'll see what dudes I can pick up from waivers.

Alexander has been insane since I got him. Moreno too. Doug Martin put up 60 points last month.

Brown had a rough week last week, but I'm lookin for him to come up large.

Forte's been having an off year, but he's warmed up recently.

Honestly, I'm pretty confident this week, even if Showsni does show up with a full roster.

Leo's team has mojo, but I'm lowering expectations for a couple of his doods.

Leshoure is in a bit of a timeshare with Joique Bell. Smith has been having a rough year. Murray's returning from injury.

Akers hasn't been kicking as much as last year. The Jets kind of stink. Also down Revis.

I think Dalton and Green are going to kill the Eagles though.

CFS has a killer combo in Ryan and Marshall. I expect huge numbers from them.

I think Hartline's a sketchy choice. He had one good week, and burned me on several others.

BJE has been coming on as of recent, but I just don't trust him to put up big numbers.

Scheffler was a nice pickup, cos Pettigrew went down.

Bradshaw might be hurt! I'm lowering his projection, but it might end up being a goose-egg.

Ballard, despite being the lone, starting RB on the Colts, doesn't see enough action or passes to ever score more than 11-12 points a game.

Matt Bryant kicks all the field goals.

I think Leo's team is gonna have to choke for CFS to pull this out.

New slogan! :D

And yeah, thinking about moving DeMarco up to RB and swapping out LeShoure for someone if need be. Maybe playing NE defense as well, although Kaepernick's been pretty good recently.

I am a close second.

Benzen gets the lowest seed remaining, so if Leo and I win (my projections), you'll be facing me. And considering I just helped you revamp your team/bench... I made a tactical error.

Considering your bench is Stevie and Jones-- I'm not sure what I'd do in your place. The fact you're sitting on QBs and not stacking talent in the other positions confuses me. :P

Sssh. I'm trying to downplay the negligence.

Wait, so I've been trying to field injured players for weeks? I guess my quarterback has had a concussion for the past four games. Just ignore it! It's only a headache!

It's a testament to how good your team really is that you were still winning games without getting points from 2 players.
