I made peanut butter cookies last night...they were so peanut buttery!

Since I can't give cookies through the interwebs though, here's the recipe:

1 cup peanut butter (I would recommend creamy)
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Fahrenheit). Mix ingredients. Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. (dunno if greasing is necessary, mine came out fine without). Bake 8-10 minutes (we have a hotter-than-normal oven, though, as in anything we cook in it is usually done by the minimal needed time, so you may have to cook longer.) I think the edges should be browned a tad when they're done.

I got 18 cookies in last night's batch, but obviously it varies depending on how big you want them.

Oddly enough, no. For essentially being baked globs of peanut butter, though, they really do have a cookie-like appearance and texture. XD
