You feel like you ought to try and eat them tidily in restaurants, by slicing the meat off with a knife and then using a fork to eat it... But it probably is best just to dive right in and use your hands wherever you are.

I knew a man that ate all forms of meat with a fork and knife. I have never seen a cleaner bone.

My personal favourite wing flavours would probably have to be buffalo, barbeque, and Louisiana. Sweet and sour is a close 4th.



Might be having some Louisana ones tonight if the ribs aren't ready in time.

Buffalo wings (and by extension other "buffalo" flavored things) don't taste like bison. They're coated in a hot sauce that was first made in the city of Buffalo, New York.

And they're delicious. One day I've got to make the trip up to Buffalo (New York is big, it's a very long way from my neck of the woods) just to see what they're like there.

Over the Christmas break, some of you might remember I visited Buffalo for a couple of days. A friend of mine told me to visit the original restaurant that came up with buffalo wings, which were apparently amazing.


Didn't have time to, unfortunately. :(

Personally, I can't stand the smell, let alone the taste of buffalo sauce. I love wings. Just with almost any sauce. Aside from buffalo.

Agreed. I do like wings, but sushi is one of my favourite things to eat evar. There's a buffet here in town that actually has a really great sushi chef. He always has a big variety of really fresh sushi. This is what I had last time I was there:
