True. But I think it's at least a nod to the Oracles, since she's descended from an oracle from the same land as her Oracles counterpart. Actually, I think a lot of stuff in the game is simply character reuse with no care given to timeline theory =P

Yes, but Syrup's figurine quote is also a reference to Oracles. The Syrup in TMC does not have pointed ears as far as I can tell, not that I believe that it makes a differance.
