Yeah, that totally makes it easier. o.oIt's not a real card. It's a made up one,
You're kidding, yes?It would still be possible to guess the character, if you could roughly work out what the abilities meant - and I don't think that was too hard for anyone to do.

They're screwed, and this isn't even a test about MtG. Not very fair for Zelda-based trivia.
One would still have to know Zelda in order to get the answer. The question is still Zelda based.

No it isn't.
Fine, I have a question. In what two other Nintendo games does a Master Sword appear in? Two points for each.
See, at least that one is Nintendo related. But Magic The Gathering? You might as well ask 'in which anime is there a character who wears a hat like Link', for example. Heck if I know, but there's bound to be one.

Animal Crossing and Animal Crossing: Wild World. In what two other Nintendo games does a Master Sword appear in? Two points for each.
Why is it okay to ask questions based on non-zelda video games that require no knowledge of Zelda(I would not have to have played any Zelda games to know that the master sword appears in the animal crossing games), but it is wrong to ask a question based on a non-zelda card game that requires knowledge of Zelda (I had to know what phantom Ganon was like to know he was the answer)?

I'm not saying it was okay. I was making a point. However, it is rather more appropriate to have a Nintendo-based question rather than basing a question on something ENTIRELY unrelated to Zelda.
Zol, I *still* don't understand how anyone reached an answer to that card question. Even with the correct answer I have absolutely zero clue how you got to the answer, because I know sod all about an entirely unrelated card game.
I wasn't actually thinking of Animal Crossing. I had no idea about that. See the problems that arise? I'll adjust my question accordingly. Two Nintendo games where a Master Sword appears that AREN'T *obvious* cameos, and are actually usable weapons.
One of the appearances actually marks an appearance of a Master Sword in a game *before* ALttP was released.
You can have the points if you really want but that seems a bit of a cop out to me, because technically someone could of said Smash Bros. and Smash Bros. Melee if they wanted. Also, I said *a* Master Sword, not THE Master Sword, thereby ruling out a cameo anyway.

If you meant that they were not intended to be Zelda allusions and used as weapons you should have thought about that earlier and not call my right answer a cop out just because you did not write the questions properly or think that there could be correct answers other than those you were thinking of. You should not assume we know what you are thinking about.
Your question is more unrelated to zelda than showsni's question. I explained how I found the answer in an earlier post, I had know about phantom Ganon from OoT and his fighting style to know that he matched the card's abilities. Your quesiton only requires that one knows about the games that have a master sword.

I gave that question as a quick example, I don't give a damn whether it holds up under the sodding third degree. Have the bloody points if it means so much, I don't give a monkeys.
I ended up arguing with you anyway, but this is it, I am *done* with this stupid prattling. It was an unfair question and even Showsni admits that to an extent, but you, you just have to pull everything apart and scrutinise things while missing the whole point.

This is not up for argument, no gathering card questions should be allowed. Start a different topic or whatever, it's made the points tally unfair.

Six.1. How many stones does Link start with in AoL? (1 point)
Well, all I know about Arthur is that he pulled the mighty sword Excalibur out of a rock, so I'd say A Link to the Past, in which the Master Sword and its pedestal were seen for the first time. Oh well, probably this answer is too easy to be what you're looking for..6. Which Zelda game has a not very well hidden nod to the Arthurian legends, and what is it? (2 points)

Wow, that's interesting! Always a new thing to learn from your questions!1. What do the pieces of Zelda cereal in the Nintendo Cereal System represent from the game? (5 points, one for each)

Anyway, there were Link-shaped, shield-shaped, heart-shaped, key-shaped, and boomerang-shaped pieces of cereals in the box.

1. When Link takes the triforce of power, what saves Zelda from him? (2 points)
The ToC protected her - she had posession of it because when Link used the ToP without the ToW to guide him, the ToC left his heart and went to Zelda. 'He who depends on Power alone, without Wisdom... can not claim Courage!'
