FSA is definitely not the LTTP BS. It could lead into the IW however. There's no Triforce and no there are no sages and knights imprisoning Ganon into anything. Yes they were in the game, but they didn't do anything to him at the end. Link fought Ganon and with Zelda's help, Ganon was sealed inside of the Four Sword--not the Dark World. Maybe sometime after this, Ganon breaks free of the FS and starts his campaign for the IW?

No I do not but I do think that FSA comes between TWW and the Imprisoning War. I only mentioned FSA because many agree that it shows that multiple Ganondorfs is a possibiliity. Which means that its possible a Ganondorf to find the Triforce twice, make a Dark World twice, and become the King of Evil twice.

Why keep saying created a Dark World twice? If the order is OOT-TWW-IW-LTTP. Then the first time the Dark World might have been created is simply back in OOT, considering that it's still around in FSA.

Both OoT and aLttP reference the creation of the Dark World. In OoT Zelda talks about the way Ganon made the SR evil and dark after touching the Triforce. In aLttP, the Essence of the Triforce tells Link that it was Ganons wish to make the SR evil. If there is only one time that the Dark World was created, then there is only one time that Ganon touched the Triforce.

Or one time Ganon successfully wished on it. It's possible that it split on him during OoT, then he reassembled it (or it was reassembled) prior to the [other] IW.

If TWW comes between OoT and the Imprisoning War then the King's wish at the end of TWW would have destroyed the Dark World that was created during OoT.

Aren't we told that it was Ganon's mere presence in the sacred realm in OoT that created the DW?

It's arguable that either the Triforce must be used within the sacred realm to affect it, or that one must use the Triforce specifically to induce any significant change in the SR.
The DW in FSA could be the result of Ganondorf's entering the SR, and that of aLttP being the result of his wishing to dominate the world.

Why does the Dark World not change when ever Link enters it? The Dark World only goes away when Link makes a Wish.

Because Ganon rules the Dark World with the Triforce.

So who does have the Triforce during FSA, are we told? If not, then perhaps he does have it but we just aren't told... (I haven't actually played FSA)
