Well, what do you think? Any romances in Zelda that made you cry? Or guys, made you go, "Dude, look at the package that pixelated guy landed! Awesome!"

Note that, some of these couples aren't too close. You can just vote based on looks, or also emotional value, whatever. The best romance or POTENTIAL romance in Zelda....and if I forgot a BIG one, tell me.

They are the names of the couple in WW that you get together. Kinda dumb, but if you want to vote for Honey and Darling, (the dancers in OoT/MM,) that's kind of the same thing. I should've put "any in-love villagers." Heh....

Firstly, I'm not saying that they are definately related. It's my opinion based on the way they look and the only person I think would be a good suiter for Link in OoT.
Secondly, Talon and Mario aren't in the same 'universe' so to speak.

Hm... I have never seen official art of him before... I can see what you are talking about. But honestly, they are not that similar. The only thing they have in common is their hair colour.

But Link's uncle was probably the original inspiration for Talon.

(Hm... But maybe this can be used as evidence that Tarin was Link's dream version of his uncle? They look VERY similar. If so, it is not farfetched to say that Marin is Zelda. That means that whatever feelings people say that Link had for Marin was actually for Zelda... Good.)

When I say "One of the more factual romances" you have to compare it to the other Zelda games.

AoL has the most factual romance between Link and Zelda in the series. However, not even that game contains a lot of evidence. If I were to list the games in order from most factual to least I would say: "LoZ/AoL>OoA/OoS/(LA?)>TMC>TWW>OoT/MM>FS/FSA"

But as for TWW. They don't really do anything... However, judging by Zelda's behaviour towards Link it could be argued that she has "feelings" for him, and Beedle (yeah, I know... ) says that Link likes Zelda. Of course, the fact that they leave together to find a new land is evidence as well.

Also, the King does say that it will be their land (figure that one out).

So you are saying that you have never had a strange dream featuring your family? We know that some of the things in LA are from Link's dream, his uncle could be one of them. But it doesn't matter anyway. Marin's connection to Zelda is obvious since she both looks and sounds like her (the game says so). That is what I care about in this debate.

So...If Mario and Luigi were the gags behind Talon and Ingo...what's Tarin n' Link's uncle?

Now wait a minute. Alttp was made with NO inclination to such a complicated theory. Matter of fact, OoT wasn't even concieved at the time. Even if the two look similar, that has nothing to do with Link and Malon. I think they should be together too, based on personality, but there's nothing to support it in this weird idea of yourn.

Yup. Don't trust the boxes. Most people believe LoZ came after Alttp nowadays anyway.

Tiiiiiny bubbles....Yeah, I think OoT Zelda and Link is a hige stretch but WW Link and Zelda? DEFINITELY a possible.

Actually, he probably could. But why would he? In all their tiny bits of chemistry, she's never acted ONCE like she liked him ROMANTICALLY. Neither he her. For Malon, anything associated with her communicated shelter, gentleness, and yes, a teasing love of Link. Zelda was always shoving Link towards his destiny, and things associated with her were wreathed in despair. Zelda is a friend. Malon...well, she's an unsolved mystery. I'd go with Malon, definitely. Her or nobody. But a Zelda + Link in OoT is totally implausible.

I voted vaati and tingle all the way because, well, just the thought of that woul dmake a great sitcom and their children would make the most interesting looking things....not to mention a great argument against same sex couples in hyruls politics. (not saying im for or against it mind u im only talking Bout the game)

Is it? TP has not yet arrived in stores and it takes place (yay) DURING THAT TIME PERIOD. I think we're going to get our answers very soon. Maybe Link showed up and was never remembered because he didn't save Hyrule in the traditional way. As we all know...he sunk it.
