Yes Husse! I always thought Ilia was prettier than Zelda. I haven't seen her whole face in the game, but I can make a pretty good guess.

Anyway, about whom Link would end up with in TP. I'd actually say that a "Link and Ilia" relationship seems probable, as even the E3 demo hinted at something going on between them... That is, it WOULD have been probable if not for that little scene with the boar riders... You know, getting shot is not too good for your health... Hehehe. What better way to start of a dark game than by killing off Link's girlfriend? Mwhahaha!

That's what I thought. I was totally paralyzed. I remember whispering, "Oh my God, they just killed her...she was only around for like five minutes! They just killed her!"

I have a feeling she's not dead though...arrows aren't fatal one hundred percent of the time, and we didn't actually see a corpse, but MAN, that with the club-whopping and knocking out Colin just to CHECK if he had the ToC...I think that was my first tip-off that Aunoma was rolling up his sleeves with the story on this one.

And Ilia is...I'm a girl, but I'll say this anyway, quite possibly one of the hottest Zelda characters. She looks good with short hair, that's...a first.

Yeah, I don't really think she died either. It's just not Nintendo's style. Though, I'm not sure about it at all. I mean, why would they bother showing us that she was shot if it did not matter? I am sure it will play some role in the game (Assuming that Nintendo does not change anything, which they might very well do). And even if she survived I wonder what kind of role she could play in the game. Will it be some kind of Aryll knock-off?

In any case, I doubt Nintendo would put Link and Ilia together.

I would love it. Link, being that age, and being in that stressful situation, needs some kind of little romance to gentle-ify the story a bit. I really am afraid someone important is going to die and make everything all sad.
