EDIT:Spoilers, I guess.
How do I get Shinon to join again? I just found him in ch. 18, and I talked to him with Lofa, like people told me I need to. But he's not joining. ^^;;;

Well they will in your game....and Swordies only started getting crit bonuses from FE6....they've never had crit bonuses to begin with in the old games, they specialized in Ryuuseiken skill which was 100 times better anyway.whuts wrong with th wrold wen sword masters dont have critical hit %'s!!!!!!
You're probably not aware but they made a lot of changes in the American version, they removed an entire mode from it. Also the JPN version had no crit bonuses, they only just added the 15% crit bonus to Snipers and Swordmasters in the US version of FE9.... Sety, what do you mean? I've got a promoted Zihark, and he's deinfetely got a crit bonus.

Ryuuseiken is their master skill in FE9, right? Or was it different for the games before?
And yeah, I know about the difficulty changes. It went from normal/hard/maniac to easy/normal/hard. I stil lurk around FESS and FEP. =p
And for mystic, I just got to Ch. 23. Where are you?

Master Skill for FE9 and it was a Class skill in previous games, they nerfed it badly by cutting the activation almost in half and also the damage in half.Ryuuseiken is their master skill in FE9, right? Or was it different for the games before?

XD The best name for Rolf, Boyd, and Oscar is the "Band of Brothers" XD Once you get them to a high level, they are unstoppable.

Boyd and Rolf are great, but Oscar takes damage to easily and he's a lvl 8 Paladin... Rolf at the same level has more Def than him. I can compare Boyd he's at lvl 17...
Anyways, so far I find myself using the following:
Ike
Rolf
Ilyana
Boyd
Oscar
Volke
Astrid
Tanith
Reyson
Stefan
Soren
That's usally it....I'm on chapter 24 and I'm liking it so far, other than weakness of some bosses, I killed Petrine(sp) in one round :/
