What about Stalchilds/Stalchildren?

Like...

Do Adults become Stalfos?
Do children become Stalchild(s/ren)?
Do Kokiri become Skull Kids?

Actually it's more like...

Dead Adults become Stalfos (has nothing do with the forest)
Dead Children become Stalchidren (has nothing to do with the forest either)
LOST Children become Skullkids when they lose their way in Lost Woods.
And Kokiri are plants (Koroks) in the quise of Hylian children

Then I suppose the only reason in the Kokiri girl saying "will you become a Stalfos?" is because they will get so lost they die.

Although I can't see how anyone could get lost in that Lost Woods. I'd get killed in TLoZ's Lost Woods before this one (since it sets you back outside if you fail).

The fact that Kokiri are plants further prooves the point of them being Skull Kids because they look very "wooden" (and the new one has a "leaf cape"). Dunno... I'll be more thorough in what I am trying to say when I get home.

Actually, in one of his rare parries(IIRC, it only happened agains floormasters) Link jumped towards the enemy and slashed them. So, not all parries involved Link getting behind the enemy.


That's true. I misspoke there, I mainly meant to say that there was no parry in TWW like the one I saw in the videos of TP.

I've just taken a look at some pictures of the games and now I know what Fyxe was talking about when she talked of the towels around people's waists.

I also noticed something else.

All of the other villagers have human, round ears. Only Link has elven, pointed ears. Do you think there's any particular reason for that?

So? Termina, Koholint, Holodrum and Labrynna are outside of Hyrule. Their people have pointy ears.

Yes, Hylians can live anywhere. Hyrule was named after them, just because quite a few Hylians live there. Lots also live elsewhere though.

And just to clairify, not all citizens of Hyrule are Hylians... only those with the pointed ears are Hylians... They [Hylians] have a connection to special powers so to speak...

The people in Holodrum and Labryanna didn't have pointy ears, actually - the artwork of Bipin and Blossom didn't in any case. Tarin did not have pointy ears in the official artwork for LA either, so I'd assume teh other Kohilint inhabitants were round eared as well.

The people of Holodrum, Labrynna, and Kohilint all have pointy ears with thexception of the Oracles. Termina is a parallel version of Hyrule so it doesn't count... plus the creators rae lazy.

I do find it odd that the people of ALttP have pointy ears but yet don't consider themselves the same as the ancient Hylians of Hyrulean Lore.
