It depends. What kind of pie are we talking about? It's too early in the year for a Christmas mince pie. However, I wouldn't mind a Steak and Kidney Pie with mash. Now that would be nice right about now. Perhaps an apple pie for dessert. Maybe even a Fisherman's Pie, which isn't really a real pie because it's got a mashed potato crust on top in place of regular pastry.
