I've never thought of Flash like that before. It seems so simple.

I disparage Flash, but you do miss it when you don't have it.

I've tried going through caves and stuff without using Flash. It didn't work out. xD

You, sir, are a master. o_0

I like that apparently the hat can glow in the dark. That is a cool hat.

Even when I first started Pokemon ever (with red/blue) I didn't know what it did and never used it. I made it through Rock Tunnel by accident... and following the walls...

in red and blue you can actually see the walls without flash if you look real closely, or if you do the inverted colors on the GBC

It's less sensical nowadays, when your character inexplicably emits a perfect sphere of light around them.

Just hugging the walls normally works fine. At least it doesn't lower your accuracy in battles like fog. But still, you'd think your character could just buy a torch. Or some shears, to replace cut. And maybe a swimming costume to swim places like everyone else does.

Oh yeah, and Brawly is ridiculously easy to beat.

There's something surprisingly odd about a Mightyena and a Poochyena being in love. Haven't thought about it like that. I'm reminded of a certain Iron Sheik quote about Andre the Giant.

Brawly made me giggle. I love how you drew him.

I wasn't very good when I first started... I didn't understand how yo use a Pokemon center. I kept walking back to my mom's house to heal. I was so sad when I got to Cerulean...

That Goldeen looks a bit weird. I think it's the eyes. Anyway, this is mostly just what the trainers and NPCs really say.

It's almost as if drawing over and over again makes one better at drawing!

Wait, wait, wait.

Hard Work + Repetition = Progress?

Who would have guessed?

Pop music has it down, minus the hard work.

So it's Hard Work+Repetition-Hard eh? So that means:

Hard Work + Repetition - Difficulty = Stagnation

Well, I've been taking a bit more time on some of the Pokémon close ups. But I don't think the stick figures are ever going to improve.

Yeah, I was totally caught off guard when the nurse told me I had Pokérus. Sure enough, Cinder was infected somehow. Of course I went out and spread it to everyone.

In other Pokémon related news, are people still playing the Dream World? They've recently added a new area, with a whole bunch of new Pokémon in (which means more Dream World abilities!) as well as new items, a new minigame and a few changes to an old minigame. It's called the Spooky Manor, so it's full of ghosts and things. I got a Moody Smeargle the other day, which is the ultimate trolling Pokémon. If you haven't fought against it you can't comprehend its evilness.

I couldn't get the Dream World figured out, so I just left it alone. Too much of a hassle.

I did the Dream World thing once when it first launched. Didn't care to do it again. XD
