Great opening game! Well the second half, first was largely forgettable. What a goal for South Africa!

South Africa 1 - 1 Mexico.

Uruguay v France to come later on. I have a bet on the first game being a draw and Uruguay to win, so come on Uruguay!

South Africa should have won that one, really. Mexico just lost their shit in the second half and got lucky with some misdirected goals from RSA. South Africa, though, they were just constantly on the move, it was great. Brilliant momentum and they just covered the gaps so well.


Except now we gotta wait two hours for the next game. x__x

Korea! What a powerhouse! Damn those guys were just killing that field. Certainly a deserved win.

I dunno where the Greek football team was. There was just a bunch of guys running around kicking the ball. Though they did pick up their game at about 70' and started actually attacking the goal. The rest of it was horrible, though. Damn. I thought they were colour blind in the first half, passing to all the red players instead of their own blues. XD

You're right, though. USA picked up the pace pretty well and maintained some good composure (although their goal was bull ). I do hope England advances and gets to play Australia, because they looked like they were getting lazy, and the USA has already beat us once in the friendlies. XD
