It ends with the Doctor travelling back to our present and the Statue of Liberty has a beak.

Hey, JR, turned out the ducks were actually aliens like the Bees from The Stolen Earth. They were secretly watching Amy's movements between the Doctor's visits so they could eventually steal the TARDIS, go back in time and instead of humans getting the fabled "Genome Key" which advanced their evolution, the ducks get it instead.
It ends with the Doctor travelling back to our present and the Statue of Liberty has a beak.
I'm hoping this is a joke.

Also, Rory kills her. And The Doctor adopts a new obsession with fezes.
What is true, what is false? Until you watch it, you'll NEVER KNOWWWW.

How did the ducks develop sentience? I smell Omega on the horizon.

No, we're just making you think we've ruined the entire season for you. What I've said is absolute rubbish.

That wasn't the only thing though, the little puppets of the Doctor and Amy were still in adult Amy's room when she woke up, despite at this point the Doctor had never existed. And along the same lines, how did the Doctor get out of the Pandorica after he flew it into the exploding TARDIS?
It was revealed that amy HAD had her...(delusions?) about the doctor at the end of the episode. Remember she announced that "The raggedy doctor" was real? Along those same lines, the doctor was brought back out of Amy's memory. How this worked is beyond me, but I think it had something to do with her having lived near the crack for so long.
It's the same thing with Rory and the picture etc - Amy had been exposed to this "time crack" so much, that she still remembered Rory (though she didn't know it) and hence the Daleks COULD have based the Rory clone on her memory.
