Yeah, no kidding. I had a friend in college break one of those tiny bones in his hand. He couldn't do anything for well over a year because it was in one of those spots where they couldn't just protect that area, they had to cast his entire hand/wrist.Proper conditioning can have the same effect though. And you don't have to miss out on all the training from broken bones.Except when I saw this thing on Fighting Science and they showed that bones actually get stronger after they're broken several times. Little more in-depth than what I'm saying here, but basically they become solidified.
Wolverine, why don't you go buy some gloves? They really aren't all that expensive. Wrap your wrists then strap some gloves over it.
