Without reading all the other posts I'll just say that I am all for owning guns. That being said I think people should realize they do not need assault weapons. I never understood why some peole feel they need an AK-47 to hunt deer. Or why people in California felt it was important that it be legal for them to own ant-tank rifles. You can do significant enough damage with a starter pistol. AK's just over do it.
