Hell yeah. I'm Chinese, yet I've spent more than 95% of my life in Canada. So naturally, my english is infinitely better than my chinese. My grandparents would always scold me about knowing so much english yet so little chinese. So this one time, my grandma was talking to me in chinese, and I didn't really understand what was going on. So i just nodded my head going "Uh huh... uh huh..."

No, but the key thing is easy. Just save and restart your system when you want to change the water level. Then jump to the second level and go inside the central tower.
