This is something I came up with about a year ago and I saved, I'm pretty sure it still holds up.

If you think of TWW of continuing from the adult OOT ending, then it should make sense.

OOT (Ancient Hyrule)-TWW (over Ancient Hyrule) -FSGBA (Sacred Realm of Northern Hyrule)-ORACLES (Labrynna and Holodrum)-LTTP (Northern Hyrule found by Link and Tetra) -LA (Dreamland)-LOZ (south connected TWW Isles (monster area, no houses or towns) where Ancient Hyrule serves as Underworld)-AOL (Northern Hyrule above Hyrule of LOZ, much more civiliised)

Then put MM in the young link timeline just after OOT, Ganon no longer exists in the child timeline so everyone in this time dimension lives a happy life.

FS does not happen in the Sacred Realm. I remember that theory, but it was disproved by FSA.

The Four Sword Sanctuary is in Hyrule. It's not visible from the world map, but it's been proven, in-game, that is indeed in Hyrule. Between the Tower of Winds and Ice Temple...
