Well, yes using glitches. Or a glitch. But which one? It's pretty fun, really. It also makes you invulnerable to enemies, but they still try to attack you. So they end up just jumping through you.

New question: Outline a method of making yourself invisible in Lake Hylia in OoT, without using a Game Shark or other device.

Use the glitch that enables you to get inside the carpenters tent at Gerudo Valley whilst on Epona (Wedge Epona between the wooden post and the entrance. Then press A and turn towards the tent).
When inside, play the ocarina to warp to Lake Hylia. You'll appear there on horseback, but invisible. When you get off Epona, you'll remain invisible.

If that isn't it, I don't know what is.
