The answer to Mystic's is the Diamond Steppes, I'm sure of it. I had such a hard time getting up on that because I didn't know there was a hookshot (thinking the grappling hook was the equivalent). I got up to the second highest level after a long time of parking my boat in the path of a whirlwind, jumping out of the side into said whirlwind and unholstering my leaf, then floating right up into the air and over to the island. I was getting so unbelievably frustrated, and then I went and did something else, and found the hookshot x.x
