OoT (IW?) - MM - WW - (IW?) - ALttP - AoL backstory - LoZ - AoL - Oracles - LA
These are the only games I've included since they are the only ones I've played. There is only one IW, I've just shown it to be possible in two places.
Go ahead and comment folks.

Link is sent back to his childhood and puts the final seal on the sacred realm to lock Ganon in. Since he has already betrayed the royal family and attacked the castle Link is appraised as a hero. Zelda, with her gift of prophecy knows about Links adventures and passes the story down her family until it becomes legend and praises him as the Hero of Time. Link himself travels on searching for Navi and ends up in Termina (when he crosses dimensions the triforce of courage leaves him).
The future of OoT doesn't disappear but it no longer affects the timeline. Although Ganon was sealed in the future, he was also sealed in the sacred realm so he is still there in the past.
Hope that helps HoW

Eh?

"XXX will never be used again" sentences exist just to be contradicted(if the franchise isn't dead), it's not such a big inconsistence. At the time, it was thought that it would never be used again, though it might be proven wrong. The only mistake I found is that the Master Sword is used on Oracle of Seasons, so I'm afraid the Oracle games cannot occur after ALttP. What do you think about time travel on the Oracle games?

As for time travel in the oracles I never really gave it much thought. I always assumed it to be cause and affect type stuff. Not sure why you're asking that question Bulmaro.

EDIT: IW stands for Imprisoning War from A Link to the past manual.

I always thought that Link returned, not at the point after Zelda's capture, which you suggest by saying "after Ganon betrayed the Royal Family," but it is a replay of the scene where he first meets Zelda. The Sages, with their time lapse memory passed down majigger, remember Link's would-be future, but Zelda may or may not. The flashback in MM suggests that she might not.
He returns, she gasps, shows him Ganon, he tells her of the future, they foil Ganon when he attempts to take the Triforce, locking him in the Evil Realm with all his minions, and Link is known as a child peacemaker, thus being referred to as a young hero in MM.
In WW, many many years have passed, and it becomes difficult to gather the truth of the legend. After all, the Sages, maybe even Zelda, have told the would-be adult Link story as fiction, and it warps with the true story of the child, making it sound as if a child (really an adult) slayed a pig-beast (really a man most of the time) long ago (which in a way never really happened.)
After all, in WW, it doesn't really say if a lot of people believe in that stuffy old legend. Link's descendant (yeah, maybe he isn't, I like to think he is) doesn't seem to care much...
I have Zelda on the brain.
