Let the game be what it is. Sure, maybe making all these changes would be fun, but it would make it a different game. Really what people seem to be asking for is a Zelda that's far too similar to games like Baldur's Gate or other such D&D based games. While I'll admit that I'd love to have all the freedom to roam and explore it would be too much of a departure from the series.

about the romance with link and zelda, what if link falls in love with another girl and zelda be jealous? that would be interesting

Almost impossible to beat dungeons but easy enemies.
