Heh. That reminds me of those God awful Gundam Wing adaptations. :deadlink:

Gawd the Kenshin cult..strangely it is only on LA I think. Chik at least that was just the first volume of Kenshin. You would think with the series being out they could find how to spell it.

Dang I do want that Nausicaa Manga since the DVD wont come out for another 2 years now! I keep on waiting to find the complete series on Ebay so i wont have to spend so much..*bad part of Manga*

Exactly. The only good thing about those are the "Go for it! Domon W" comics in the back.

While my vote remains with manga, i'm still sticking with my original comment. It all depends on the series. Cowboy Bebop for example is one the greatest anime. I've yet to find somebody who disagrees. Has anybody seen the manga? Its AWFUL. From what I saw (I skimmed maybe the first few pages before I was forced to replace it on the shelf before I tore it into peices) Spike lacks his trademark afro, and the story was different. (like, faye was introduced differently, and I saw characters that I didn't recognize from the show).

Also, FLCL is one that MUST be experienced in anime form. You just don't get the same thrill ride by reading the manga. Its a very fun anime to watch, especially all six episodes back-to-back.

I do wonder how many series start out Anime and go to Manga..since that is usually where you have the problems...like Cowboy bebop manga was it's own original Manga..that wasnt at all based on the stories from the Anime..

But most..start out Manga and go to Anime it seems

Both for me. There's nothing like seeing the characters on tv, but manga tends to be more detailed and often the adventures are better. At least in my experience.

I usually perfer to watch which ever come first, and read the adaption of it.

For example, I read the manga of Naruto first then quickly watch the anime episode of the part I just read. B)

But I do enjoy Anime more.

I enjoy reading the manga better. Why? Because I enjoy being able to admire the detail in the artwork and re read some sense to get a fuller understanding. In anime, you can't do that. The pictures go by so fast that there is no time to apperciate the art shown.

It also depends on which came first (like it was being discussed eairler). If an anime comes first, then the anime might end up being better (i.e Escaflowne). It also depends on what you watch first and the person's matter of opinion.

Like Chorno Crusade? I haven't read it, but I'm sure it'll be nothing like Chrono Trigger :wall:

I would have to say anime personally because I like the audio. I can tell what the characters are thinking because of the tone of their voice and thier actions.
