15 mins.., no wait, I can't tell with the current information. You didn't specify a "brick wall" only a "Solid brick wall".

Besides:
-With that speed he gets caught by the police (unless his appearance scares the police off)
-Might have to stop because there is an open bridge
-Drives away from the wall
-He car breaks down, because its old and can't handle the speed (then it is however no longer a happy car)
-Gets lost on the road and doesn't know his way to the wall
-A refrigerator might drop down on his car before hitting the wall
-Gets distracted by seeing wild foxes and stops to go "kitsune-seeing"
-The solid brick wall is only 2 layers tall and so the happy car bumps over it instead of crashing into it
-A cucco might cross the road forcing him to stop as driving over the cucco is a bad thing to do
-*insert another trivial reason here*
