Tales of Symphonia-Disc One!

I beat Prince of Persia: Warrior Within thins morning! Good God! I never expected any of those wonderful plot twists.

Finally got past the freakin' demon child in Tales of Symphonia, and I am now continuing my progress. I would've liked to have beaten Paper Mario 2 before returning to ToS, but my ass was severely trounced by the final boss in PM2... several times. I'm hoping that if I break from PM2 for a while, I'll come back and beat with her ease (it's happened twice with ToS already).

Metroid Prime with Sequence Breaking. I've wanted to try it out for sometime. Flaahgra is easy cheesy once you have the space jump. And you don't have to fight the Hive Totem at all. Or the Beetle that guards the Morph ball.

Speaking of Metroid, I plan on attempting to beat the World Record for fastest time in the NES original. Any% 00:29:10 is the current record. This may take some practice....

Oh, and I plan on jumping back into Final Fantasy XI again soon. Suffered major burnout.

:bowser: i was seeing some pics of the upcoming zelda game,so i've decided to play the wind waker to ease my fever of waiting the to come out...........

on a side note...i'm really ashamed to say this.......but i've played tales of symphonia for A WHOOPING 268 HOURS AND 33 MINUTES!!!!!!!! :o I HAVE BEAT THIS GAME ABOUT 5 OR 6 TIMES

just turn the help system on ;) i had to do the same thing when i went back to playing MP2 echoes.

Mercenaries for PS2. I have to say this is easily one of the best games I've ever played.

Still playing Tales of Symphonia. This could easily be one of my favorite games of this gen if it weren't so dependent on leveling up. I hope future RPGs eliminate this neccessity.

Btw, Korhend, I heard Mercenaries was good, but I also heard it was too long for it's own good and as a result gets really repetitve. Your thoughts? ;)

leveling up is not a problem at all, once you beat your game you can use GRADE to purchase extras, there is one where you can get 10x the experince points for leveling!

I just finished Tales of Symphonia, I really liked it. One of the few RPGs that didn't suck.

I don't remember ToS being that hard. O_o

I'm on my 3rd time through the game, trying to get every ending.

Anyways, since I'm playing multiple games:

Gamecube: ToS
SNES: Breath of Fire II
N64: Super Mario 64
NES: Dragon Warrior III
GBA: Riviera
PS2: Romance of the Three Kingdom X
Sega Genesis: 6-1 Game Cart (Mainly Golden Axe)
Atari 2600: Berserk

Right now, BoFII is my main focus.

I beat the game in 38 hours, 32 for the second, and I'm on pace to beat it within 20 for the 3rd, so I haven't played it straight, I actually traded it in to get Fable, a mistake that was, and rebought it a month ago, when it dropped to 19.99, thats when I finished my 2nd playthrough.

Pokemon Red




Meh, the power was out, my magic cards were somewere in the dark, brothers stole my PSP to watch Spiderman 2 so I got my gameboy and beat all 8 clasic trainers in 5 6 hours, and that is including catching and training and buying stuff and healing Pokemon, and isn't this just the best run-on sentance ever?

Yeah, I'm about 15 hours in and ready to tackle the Tower of Mana. A lot of people have said that it takes 60-80 hours to beat the game, but I can't see it taking me more than 40 hours to finish ToS.

And Fable wasn't bad... it just didn't live up to the hype. :P It was good for what it was, and Lost Chapters looks even better (coming out this fall for Xbox, only 20 bucks!).

EDIT-Ugh... I just entered Tethe'alla (sp?). There must've been half-a-dozen plot twists that took place in the past half hour. They were all pretty cool, albeit mind numbingly confusing, but having them all happen at once... *head asplodes*

Yep, thats what I like about the game, all those plot twists...but they aren't really so confusing, they will clear up quickly. I don't really know how you guys beat this game so quickly, it took me about 70 hours to beat the game, and near the end there is a bunch of sidequests so it must take even longer.

Oh yeah, right now I'm playing Animal Crossing ( don't laugh, its really fun )
