I'm not in agreement with a sizeable number of his policies, but I just don't think Kerry can unseat him. I think that Kerry would make a fine President, but I don't think that's what he's going to come out of the election as.

I vote Mickey Mouse, like the cool 200 voters from last election who went with the Master of Mousedom.
That's entirely choice. I do not find it admirable at all, however, that your country gives you the most sacred right that it can reasonably give, and you mock it. Hey, your choice though.
But if Mickey wins... that would be kind of funny.

The poll asks who's going to screw over the country again. So I had to vote Bush, because Kerry wouldn't screw the country over.
Hahaha, I was just saying. Seems like no matter who's president anymore, the public is gonna end up hating them.

More Republican idolatry, and more destruction of the Christian faith?Originally posted by Sycron@Sep 17 2004, 11:38 PM
Sure will. It's going to be a Bush landslide. It will be interesting to see what the next 4 years turn out to be like, considering how much has happened in the past 4.
*Gets beaten up by all the Catholic Republicans*
Ahhhhhh, I need a Democrat!!!!

Besides, I'm not really into politics enough to be considered a member of any party.

we should be mocking the government every chance we get
And that's why I love the BBC.

And I'm for Bush...I just think that Kerry's going to be under too much pressure to withdraw from Iraq. Which would be a very bad thing indeed. Plus, I like globalisation.
That said, I'm not so sure about his same-sex marriage ideas...

What is considered a land slide anyway? I don't think it will be a huge gap. But I don't think it is going to be that close either.Originally posted by Sycron@Sep 17 2004, 11:38 PM

Reagan's re-election was a landside. This will be a close race. Not nearly as tight as 2000, but still pretty close.

I consider a landslide to be a seperation of more than 50 electoral votes, considering how close the 2000 election was.
Here are two great election poll sites:
http://www.electionp...ctions2004.html (Republican bias)
http://www.electoral-vote.com/ (Seems to be centrist)
The second one has been tracking the polls for a good 8 months now. However, polls don't tell the whole story, obviously. Case in Point: The Canadian 2004 Federal Election.

Yeah you are. You're always talking about how you're a Catholic, remember?
Anyway, I don't mean that all Catholics are Republican. I'm just saying that Catholic Republicans are usually hardcore.

Yeah, but I'm not worried about it not happening. God doesn't need my votes to come back and destroy all the unbelievers.Originally posted by Korhend@Sep 18 2004, 09:10 PM
well wouldn't the anti-christ fullfill revelations. Isn't you know, eternal kingdom of god a good thing? And it not happening a bad thing?
