FE7 has several chapters on which you can grind and have shops that allow you to get everyone on the level to maximum levels and such, the first one is Chapter 16x (The Port of Badon) --which you get if you save at least one green/allied soldier on Chapter 16!

But if you somehow miss that, you get another chance on Chapter 20, which is main story. Then, you get another chance on Chapter 23 A and B both. Those are the ones where you can keep buying healing items and such with the money you get, and the bosses won't attack you so long as you stay out of their range, and there's no time limit, so you can go as long as you please!

A general rule is to be careful when picking fights, if the reward money is too high, it's likely your unit will be fighting a way harder opponent, so be sure to mash B quickly! Playing safer is always better --or else you'll have just lost a unit right after you finally leveled up EVERYONE else, losing hours of time and such XD...

I'm well past Chapter 16, I think I'm on 24 or so if memory serves me. The story of these games is what keeps me coming back to the series. I enjoyed Sacred Stones so much in that respect, although compared to some of the older titles I can see how it might pale in comparison.

Indeed, then FE9/10 is pretty mixed, some love it, some hate it! XD Then 11/12 are remakes of 1/2 and so pretty bland, then 13 is a new one (on 3DS) but the story isn't as good as the 6/7/8 ones, though game play is fantastic!

Chapter 24 is *just* after the last viable arena, there is one more but it's on a time limited level XD But thankfully you'll get plenty of field experience opportunities, hopefully you've sorted out a team of favorites already!

Radiant Dawn and Shadow Dragon. I was told to get them by someone who played through the series, and they thought I would like those games.

Radiant Dawn (FE10) is a good one (in my opinion --it's pretty polarized otherwise!), I think you would enjoy it too! While it is actually a sequel to Path of Radiance (FE9/The GC one), you can still get away with playing it without too much worry, as they summarize key points from the previous title.

Shadow Dragon XD...not too big of a fan of that one myself! It has nice gameplay and all, but as it's a remake of the first, the story and character development is lacking... but still a fine game in itself!

Finished the Halo campaign.

Finally hitting the Leviathan DLC for Mass Effect 3. Omega to soon follow.

Simultaneously grinding some enchanting skills in Skyrim so I can power up my armour before going to Skuldafn and continuing the storyline.

Hitman: Absolution remains untouched.

Black Ops 2 remains untouched. Waiting on a friend for this, as it has a two-player co-op campaign.

I know, I'm sorta dreading it. But I was proud of myself when I got through Skyward Sword in a month's time (more or less) so as long as I dedicate myself to a game I know I can get through it in a timely manner. But then I see Fire Emblem untouched and I feel like drinking.

Everyone is telling to play Dishonored. And by everyone I mean an Aussie and the Irishman. So there is that.

And then there is Killer 7. Suda 51 is usually a good company for games, all very cool, all very stylized. All punk rock with some humor.

And since the Wii is now officially defunct, there is an entire library of games to look into there, all the titles I might otherwise miss if I wait too long, much like the Nintendo DS.

Turtle, by Brawl on there, do you mean just 100%ing the trophies and such? Playing the hell out of it? etc?

Of those 3DS games, also, Kid Icarus Uprising (especially if you don't know much about it) was surprisingly good. It was the game that caught me off guard and is one of my favorites. Give it a try sometime. XD

Oh, wow. I'm making epic progress on Bastion and The Binding of Isaac. Nearing the end in the former and completed it at least once on the latter. (I'm just going to count The Binding of Isaac as finished, otherwise I'll never be able to remove a game off the list).
