I'm 25 and I work as a billing consultant for Verizon business.
My backlog:
Oblivion (halfway through Mage's Guild, Main Quest, Brotherhood of Shadows and completed Thief's Guild. That's about it.)
Fallout: New Vegas (Just finished Fallout 3 in its entirety)
Skyrim (wanna get through Oblivion first)
Mass Effect 3 (wanna replay ME2, save all my crew and not hook up with anyone, to see if I can rekindle with the Asari from ME1. Plus, the DLC)
Gears of War 2 (still haven't even gotten Gears 3)
Final Fantasy XIII (I'm about 20 hours in).
Resident Evil: Revalations (just started)
Super Mario 3D Land (haven't started)
How about you guys. Post'em if you got'em.

For the wii
Rampage Total Destruction (I got for my boyfriend anyways and we just play it casually. We haven't got that far yet and it's been years.)
No More Heroes (On the top of my head, I's say I'm a rank 8 Assasin. I stopped playing a long time ago because I gt too busy and recently tried to pick it up, only to find I suck balls at it now. Shame, it was such a fun game too)
Super Mario Bros. Wii (Yeah not even past World 1 yet.)
Okami (Beautiful game. Awkward controls. Lost interest a long time ago. Might pick it up again...)
My Sims Kingdom (Don't Judge me!)
Super Paper Mario (Literally at the last boss but I can't beat him. I just gave up after a while)
Bully (I think I lost interest after I got bored with making my character kiss all the guys)
And for the XBox
Fable II (technically I beat it--if you call that an ending--but I still trying to save up to buy Castle Fairfax)
Prince of Persia (I don't know how far I am in this game but I think I was on the way to battle the Cucubine before I stopped playing)
Dante's Inferno (Got stuck in Gluttony I think)

I'm curious to see if this correlates directly with age/responsibilities.
I'm 25 and I work as a billing consultant for Verizon business.
It does.
It only gets worse as you get older. It's funny - you start off as a kid with no real job or ability to make money beyond chores and can only get 1 or 2 games a year plus Christmas/Birthday gifts, but eventually you (hopefully) grow up, get a job, and can buy more and more of the things you want within reason and responsibility...but no longer have the time to play them all. Alas.
Mine's just a wall of shame through and through.
Final Fantasy XIII - I am RIGHT at the last chapter, 14, just need to buckle down and do this thing.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 - obviously haven't started yet.
Fallout New Vegas - just after the first town - want to finish, but egads the glitches.
Eternal Sonata - Just met Chopin in his mind.
LA Noire - Halfway through Vice
Assassin's Creed II - about halfway, also have Brotherhood after this
Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker - First real mission - just got the PS3 version so I should be able to get through it quicker now
Star Ocean: The Last Hope - The first planet after leaving the crash site
Tales of Graces f - About to attack the ivnaders, currently playing
Valkyria Chronicles - Spoiler free, "she" just turned into "one of those"
Golden Sun: Dark Dawn - just started
...you know, I'll just depress myself if I go further.

Final Fantasy VI and IX - haven't started
Metroid: Other M - also sorta on my way, about to start working on this
Metroid Prime 2 - not very far, need to get reinterested
Lego Star Wars Complete Saga - i'm not sure how far i am. not far enough
Skyward Sword - just stole this from turtlebro, i'm looking forward to starting
Fire Emblem: PoR - about halfway through, this game is soooo slow if you want to keep all your mans
Spyro 2 and 3 - haven't even loaded them up yet
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time - also not started yet
Mega Man 7,8,9,10 - fuck this is hard
There's definitely more. I'll work on it.

I'm a 20 year old, full time engineering student, and I've somewhat picked up a research aid job on the side.
Pokemon HeartGold (Most the way through my replay)
Pokemon Platinum (Plan to replay after I finish HG)
The Wind Waker (Not very far)
Zelda OoX (Need to borrow from Ikiosho to make another attempt)
Majora's Mask (Need to start from scratch and actually finish)
Soul Calbur V (Though I finished the story mode, I'm still in the process of unlocking all of the creation parts)
Megaman 1 - 10 (Need to finish all unfinished ones and buy the ones I don't have)
Final Fantasy VII (Not very far)
Lego Star Wars Complete Saga (Not sure how far I am)
Star Wars The Force Unleashed (Need to get re-interested and finish)
Then there's the games I plan on getting, which will only add to my list.
Pokemon Black2/White2 (When released)
Super Mario Galaxy 2 (May borrow from Ikiosho)
Kirby Return to Dream Land
Metroid Other M (May borrow from Ikiosho)
Crash Bandicoot 1-3
Spyro the Dragon 1-3
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Skyrim
Super Mario 3D Land
Mario Kart 7
OoT 3D
Star Fox 3D
Kid Icarus Uprising
Various classic Nintendo titles for replay
That's all that comes to mind for now. At least all the 3DS titles are put on hold until I actually buy a 3DS.

The Last Story - I really want to get started on this one soon
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World - Just need to beat the game with Ramona

Updated:
Devil May Cry 4 - STILL halfway through. Dante as a boss is probably still frustrating.
Final Fantasy XIII - Yep. Still haven't touched it.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 - See above. +100 more hours.
Bioshock
Bioshock 2 - These two I think I will probably bump closer to the top of the list with Infinite coming out soon.
Lost Odyssey - Last disc. Really need to see the end of Kaim's tale and I will not give it up until I do.
Castlevania Lords of Shadow - I honestly have no idea where I am with this one nor why I stopped playing.
Rise of Nightmares - One night, many beers, and my friend is all I need for this one. Then I'll get rid of it.
Skyrim - Hopefully Dawnguard fixed my "Invincible Alduin" problem and I can actually progress with the story.
Borderlands 2 - Played a bit, returned it in favour of Resident Evil 6, which was super awesome for Leon's campaign and then Clunky COD for the other campaigns. I didn't even finish Jake's story, cos ugh. Just ugh. Will pick up Borderlands 2 again at some stage.
Now that I have a decent PC for gaming, I can also add in the following:
Amnesia: The Dark Descent
Penumbra Trilogy
Diablo 2
Alien Swarm
So, since my Wii died I have temporarily removed Wii games from my list (experienced a power outage whilst playing through the last level of The Grudge).
I've packed up my PS2 as I've nowhere to play it at the moment, so all my PS2 games have been removed as well.
This leaves me with a backlog of games on my 360 that I will actually be getting around to playing. Some I have traded back in as I've stopped playing them or have played the shit out of them already, or I played a little and found them super boring. I've shrunk it down to a "do-able" list, considering the amount of new releases I have to get through as well as my shameless addiction to Mass Effect 3 multi-player (I am also running through the campaign again on Insanity mode along with the DLC, and after experiencing the multi-player, Insanity is super fucking easy).
Currently in play: Dishonored.
Kind of in play: Rocksmith. This came with a sweet, sweet guitar. <3
Always in play forever and ever: Mass Effect 3 online co-op. Come join me.

FF XIII seems to be on a lot of lists. Friendly advice: don't punish yourself trying to finish XIII before playing XIII-2. XIII-2 is actually a pretty good game, and if you haven't finished XIII by now, chances are you never will.

On about the second last mission of Halo 4. Black Ops 2 is out so Zombies will be taking a large chunk of my time and Hitman comes out tomorrow. AND I still have the ME3 weekend challenge to complete. Not to mention my own inactive backlog...

Ended up with high chaos ending the first time around because I burned everyone to a crisp in the second last mission. Did it again with Bend Time, Blink-Blink-Blink-Blink, activate objective and all done in about 30 seconds with low chaos.
Honestly, I felt much more satisfied going through the high chaos ending and raining down retribution upon those bastards, despite the "you just fucked the whole city" outcome.
