Plus I hate reset button endings and it's not even consistent with what we're shown; Link's wish makes good thing happen that Ganon has nothing to do with.

Anyways, I really want to move on to other stuff. What do you think of my other points? What about the stuff about the various sources of Zelda's power all being the same thing? Does anyone have anything to add?

Well in any case it's not like it would be the only time someone in the Zelda series had someone else decide what's best for them without their permission. Heck it's common occurrence for Link ever since OoT and Link seems to just go along with it.
Let's...not go there. At all. For starters, one is the equivalent of letting someone who's been in a decade-long coma reintegrate into society and recuperate, and the other is...brainwashing someone without their permission.

I already gave most of my thoughts for the time being. The ones I took issue with I commented on, the ones I'm fine with still exist in MY timeline without any inferior amount of elegance or eloquence. Really, the 'official' timeline only brings cons compared to what I'm rockin'.

That one was towards everyone but that's fine. I did think of one more thing though. The Timeline makes use of the many references to the Knights of Hyrule and seems to imply that there are three different events that involve them, one on each of the three splits, that seem to mirror each other. In the timeline where Link lost, the Knights of Hyrule rose up some time later and together with the Sages that Link managed to awaken prior to that, subdue Ganon and seal him up. In the Adult TImeline, Ganon escapes his seal and the Knights of Hyrule, probably under King Daphnes command, attempted to lay seige at his base but were unsuccessful. In the Child Timeline, the Knights of Hyrule protect the royal jewels until they came under sway of Ganon's dark powers and each one was turned into a Stalfos. It's possible OoT Link was a Knight of Hyrule in the Child Timeline since the HH hints that he is blood related to them and the Hero's Shade, who is heavily armored like a knights and has the appearance of a Stalfos much like the knights in FSA, is confirmed to be OoT Link. Connecting the dots shows that there's a single family of renowned knights and the pslit timeline shows three simmilar but alternative outcomes of the family. In the decline timeline, they're numbers dwindled since their direct conflict with Ganon and ALttP LInk and his uncle seems to be last of that family. In the Adult Timeline, we only get a passing reference but I have suspicion the people of Outset are knights decendants, or at least TWW Link's family and maybe Orca and Sturgeon's family as well. In the Child timeline, Link possibly reunites with his family sometime after MM and since Ganon gets thwarted much sooner, he is able to join their ranks and become an official knight. In this peaceful era, the Knights bloodline continues and they're tasked with protecting the royal jewels associated with the Four Sword. They become cursed into Stalfosi when Ganon's evil returns to the world.
