It's just extremely frustrating to see people left and right making stupid shitty judgemental comments about women's bodies. Especially when they don't know shit about her or what she might eat or how often she might exercise or any other factors that could be affecting her body. And it's not you or anyone else's place to decide what a girl should eat.

You could have just as easily said "I prefer girls with more meat on their bones."
