You know, I once tried sweating away the symptoms of a cold. Really hot bath and then wrap up warm in bed. Sweating out a cold through exercise probably won't do the trick, seeing as you need as much energy as possible to fight the infection. There's a traditional folk remedy I've heard about, that requires the hot bath to consist of really hot water and spring onions.
What do you guys use for relieving cold symptoms?
