My internet connection was too bad for anything to work... I think my sister's boyfriend's laptop was hogging all the bandwidth or something.

There was no one else on my internet but once it got up to around 9 or 10 people, my responses were horribly lagging by about 10 minutes or so.

Did either of you have other stuff going on with your internet? Tinychat lags bigtime if it shares bandwith with P2P programs.

...Or so I hear....

You lag when:


1) You have a slow connection.
2) You have a slow computer.
3) You have other programs running that eat up CPU/net powerz.
4) You are overseas and have any of the above issues.


I can't remember genuinely lagging. Only if tinychat itself has a hiccup.

My connection's been randomly dropping all day, so I've no idea what's wrong. Hm, well, I do have jEdit running... Maybe it's the problem?

I will see how I am feeling tonight on whether I come in or not.
It's only been two days since the surgery so I am still a little icky feeling, but I will try.
Or at least try to remember it while I am on pain meds. XD
