My hardest boss? It would probably have to be Volvagia from OoT. The fact that it comes out of those holes, and makes rocks fall, while trying to hit with a hammer makes it really hard. Although around my 5th or 6th time through OoT, Volvagia got pretty easy.

Majora was the hardest to fight IMO.
